We took dinner: a 12-course set. All dishes are molecular cuisine, very specific. I didn't feel like eating on the 6th dish at all. Because a teaspoon of squid-flavored onion puree or shrimp-flavored egg foam… This is very unusual. There were no normal fish dishes, at least there were no dishes there.I have not even seen descriptions of such dishes in the reviews that we were fed. Moreover, all those present were sitting looking at others and no one was eating ... they just mechanically changed these dishes. Be careful when paying the check. 2500 dirhams were mistakenly entered to us, but we paid without looking at it. The restaurant immediately admitted the mistake, but immediately said that they had closed the cash register and could not make a refund, but would send money to the card.... The money was not returned.
