In this restaurant, they ate kebabs, just super. The kebabs are very tasty. There are no words. But when they wanted to sit on the flight deck, they said there were no seats, which upset them. Good day! I visited this place once. I ordered a salad and a mix of fresh vegetables, veal kebab, lamb ball, khachapuri, mors, pita bread, a glass of wine. The account was opened for 20,000 Tenge.
So in order:
1. Salad of fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, coriander, garlic cloves, suluguni cheese). Tomatoes are pink in color, but they don't taste (completely unripe). The rest is acceptable.
2. Veal kebab- I will subjectively rate 3.5 out of 5.
3. Lamb kebab- rating 2 out of 5, in a roadside cafe the price is three times cheaper, and the quality is 5 times better. Here, the mutton was tough, as if the ram had died of old age. I've never eaten worse than a lamb kebab.👎👎
4. Khachapuri is made in the form of pizza, with a diameter of about 40 cm. Credit!👍
5. The morse is also so-so 3.5 out of 5, it feels like it is very diluted👎
6. Lavash- it looks like it's from some kind of market, not very fresh, cold, it feels like it was stored in the refrigerator.👎
7. I haven't tried wine, I can't explain anything.
I stayed in the restaurant until 19:00. There was nothing special from the show programs during this period.
The serving of the dishes was quite fast. Vegetables, wine, and fruit drinks were served almost immediately. The kebab was served after about 20 minutes, it felt over-dried, or maybe it was really an "old" ram.
The staff is mainly of Kazakh nationality, it is very strange not to meet a Georgian in a Georgian restaurant.
All of the above is my subjective opinion, I do not pursue any selfish interests to denigrate this institution.
