Urgent repairs were required, because the phone stopped charging the day before. Calling several organizations that have a work schedule specified before 22.00 is all nonsense. The masters work according to their schedule and as they like. As a result, no one fixed the phone in the evening, although Yandex announced repairs until the very closure of the organizations.
On the trail. in the morning, I turned again to several organizations on Dzerzhinsky, but the masters come instead of the declared 9.00 only by 13.00. Which is very inconvenient.
I turned to Octopus and within 2 hours my issue was resolved for a reasonable fee. The master helped a lot in the shortest possible time! I recommend Octopus!!!

During cleaning, the legion 7 laptop was smeared with ordinary thermal paste instead of thermal paste with a phase transition, which caused the processor to warm up to 105 degrees. I went to another service where their incompetence was wiped and a thermal paste with a phase transition was installed, the temperature returned to 70-80 degrees. If I hadn't contacted another service in time, the consequences for the processor could have been sad and very expensive. To repair expensive equipment with modern technologies, this service is clearly not worth trusting.

I gave the Mi notebook pro 15.6 laptop for repair (not included). I was very surprised when they said that the diagnosis is completely free (1-3 days). Suspicion fell on the battery, but the next day (!) according to the diagnostic results, it turned out that it does not work because of the keyboard. Klava was changed on the same day, and the old one was handed over. The laptop is working, in addition, the battery cable was sealed with a special glue, which did not sit tightly. The problem with the fan was also resolved after this repair (although the repair consisted solely of replacing the keyboard). The final cost is 100p less than if you had to change the battery. I definitely recommend the service

It's terrible! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! The problem was not solved, the laptop both made noise and warmed up, and continued to make noise and warm up after their cleaning and replacement (although, perhaps, because they already tried to fix their jamb!)! I asked for upgrade suggestions, they didn't offer anything! The replacement of the battery was required, the cost was set at 180 rubles! 180!!!! They did not answer the question of how much the battery itself costs and the work separately, referring to the fact that they do not sell spare parts! Only with work! As a result, I bought a battery elsewhere for 60 rubles, changed it myself in 5 minutes (unscrew 3 screws, get the old one, insert a new one!). And for that 180 rubles????? I am already silent about the fact that they do NOT work according to the schedule stated on the website and the door!

I found the Octopus after a long search for glass in principle by availability and did not regret a bit:
- they sent a courier so that I would not go to the workshop
- they accompanied the entire repair process with messages and photos (it was not easy)
- they found "body builders" somewhere and leveled the case, otherwise a new glass would not have stood up
- we delivered the documents and the tablet directly to the office
As a result, it is fast, high-quality, absolutely reasonable in cost, convenient and on-the-job :)

I strongly do not recommend this service center! I had to apply. Initially, instead of the promised 4-5 hours of repairs, the epic lasted 5 days. The discount indicated on Instagram was refused. We discussed with the master the installation of the original display module, in fact a copy was installed (disgusting color rendering). No cash receipt was issued. There is no price list. The consumer's corner is missing. The prices are taken from the ceiling.
Employees are not aware that after the service provided to them, an act of completed work should be issued.
So, to summarize: adequate people should bypass this service.
