One of the best establishments in Samarkand!
An infinitely wonderful combination of tradition and modern style in the interior! Divine pilaf!! The staff was good-natured and helpful, they ordered a large portion of pilaf and various salads, the locals eat with a spoon from shared plates, I asked for separate plates for each, they brought it without any problems. But there may not be enough pilaf for everyone)) make it to the restaurant before 13:00. The first time we arrived at 13:30 and we didn't have enough, we went the next day by 11:30 - we had enough)) After 12:00 there is a large flow of locals, the pilaf ends quickly..

Yesterday we visited Samarkand, tasted this impeccable, very tasty pilaf "zigir". I RECOMMEND it to everyone, you will not regret it!!! The price is much cheaper than in Tashkent, the place is clean, beautiful, the service is excellent, the manager of the hall controls everything, he also has a separate Respect. Pros: Very cozy, beautiful, clean place. Pilaf is prepared twice a day for lunch and dinner. The staff and staff are friendly and speak several languages. The price of pilaf is lower than other establishments. There's a lot of pilaf in one serving!
Cons: There is a lot of animal fat than the meat in the pilaf, the zigir oil is slightly more, the rice is not fully ripe.

A wonderful place! Very tasty pilaf, fast service, beautiful interior, as I understand it, you can come at any time: pilaf is cooked four times a day (at 11:00, 14:00, 18:30 and 23:00). You do not need to book a table in advance. I want to return to Samarkand for the sake of such a pilaf 😋 The only disadvantage is that the women's toilet was under repair, they sent it to the men's, there are just holes in the floor of a small diameter 🙈

After watching a program with Zhanna Badoeva about this restaurant, I also wanted to try Samarkand pilaf and take pictures of the situation. But, unfortunately, the battery in the smartphone ran out. He addressed the four waiters and the senior in the hall. Everyone just promised to help, but in the end they did nothing. As a result, I somehow managed to take a couple of photos, the mood is spoiled. Maybe that's why I'm not happy with pilaf.

Pilaf and snacks are served strictly. There is no alcohol. The pilaf is delicious, but we were given an extra portion of meat, and there was too much of it. Pilaf without cumin and barberry. 6-7 snacks and a large portion for three cost 1,900 rubles (242550 soums). The place is not a tourist destination, the visitors are mostly local.
