There is one department for the whole of Avdiivka. People stand in line for 3 days, taking up the queue at night. No more than 20 people are served per day. There is only one queue to pay for the apartment, and issue a card, and receive a card. It's dirty. The old people have nowhere to sit. The city is constantly being shelled, and there is such a crowd of people here. Is it really difficult to open several more branches, why such disrespect for people?
