I tasted SAMARKAND PILAF for the first time! It is in this place (there is nothing to compare it with). We arrived on the advice of the locals. Huge pieces of meat, the butter is very tasty and in moderation (I live in Tashkent, here the oil is 50% of the rice). One serving was enough for three people.
