An excellent LCD for a comfortable stay. Apartments with improved layout. Very convenient location. There are a lot of receptions. A spacious courtyard. Underground parking. There are places to park cars in the courtyard of the house. There are kindergartens and schools nearby. In the Oscar residential complex itself there is a grocery store, a vegetable store, Almaly donuts, a coffee shop, beauty salons, a lot of flower boutiques, a cosmetics store, a medical center and much more. The advantages are an enclosed spacious courtyard with cozy places to relax and walk. The district has a high index of transport accessibility, and retail is widely represented.

The best LCD!! Everything is clean, tidy, and there is an excellent grocery store with good prices inside. There is also a great coffee shop with delicious donuts nearby.
