Hello everyone We stayed with our family. We took 2 rooms. It seems that when we settled in, everything was very rosy and the owner who met us (bald) even liked us. He didn't say anything about the breakfasts-he didn't even try to sell them. That you can order something in a cafe also didn't say anything). okay, we survived this, we took 2 rooms for 3 people (as a result, 6 people).
Everything seems to be OK. But no tea, no glass, no kettle. Electricity works according to the card, therefore the refrigerator is always running. There are no normal blankets (down ones or the like), instead of blankets there are some blankets/Alya is a big towel!
The pool is cold. You can't swim in the pool after 19:00, but they can start cleaning it at 17:00. It's nonsense.
The fact that the owner walks and watches - I confirm these words! It feels like you're not in a hotel, but visiting someone!
In the morning I wanted to drink tea, and I went to get boiling water - I took a mug - it's right there behind my back)
The floors are dirty, the photo is not a joke, but as it is!
In short, the hotel itself seems to be nothing, cozy. But it's just a picture, in fact, you can't swim in the pool and you feel some discomfort!
And yet, we stayed there for 2 nights, my relatives for 1. In the morning we went on a tour, the relatives vacated the room at 9 a.m. after the tour, we all returned to the hotel so that they took their things and drove on without sorting it out - he came up to me and started saying that they could not sit here. Cameras and someone is watching it.
When I said that they were waiting for the transfer, he immediately felt better, so ask first, then approach with a negative! As a result, some additional sediment "stuck"
A night of 100 bucks, objectively expensive! The location is not bad, convenient! But there are many options around, I advise you to choose something else so that your vacation is comfortable and stress-free!
P.S. In general, this guy spoils the whole atmosphere of rest)))) and you can't bring your own food and drinks to the hotel, but we brazenly ignored it! Thank God we were not told anything about this point, so it would have been a fiasco.
Unfortunately, there is no desire to return there.
A good hotel, the location is just super, excellent staff, 10 minutes walk to the sea, and 20-25 minutes to the shopping center. Excellent breakfasts, clean pool, rooms are cleaned every day, good Wi-Fi.
Of the cons: very old renovation in the rooms where there is a shower, there is no water cooler, room for 3 is one room with a bed and 2 small beds in a small closet without Windows, weak air conditioning.
We lived here in a 4-bed room, from a good one there was only a cleaner who smiled and cleaned the rooms well, the owner began to mock us from the very arrival, we arrived at 9:00, he said we only check-in at 14:00, although on the website "booking.com " it was written check-in from 00:00 to 23:59, okay, we think about it, then when we already settled, he said we did not have payment on the website, I canceled the reservation so pay, we said OK and asked: you can pay with a Mir card, the owner said: no, because his device does not accept Mir cards, and sent us to the bank to withdraw money at a euro exchange rate that was not profitable for us, we withdrew this money for 2 days in a row because there is a limit on withdrawing such a large amount, we all withdrew money, gave it to the hostess, then when they already began to move out, they said to pay for drinks which they gave us for breakfast, but no one told us anything about it, and when we said we didn't have that much cash, he took out a card machine, and what do you think? He miraculously earned it, therefore, for his own benefit, he drove us for 2 WHOLE DAYS so that we would give him cash in lira. And if you want to relax without supervision, then definitely do not choose this hotel. Because no matter how much we walked around the hotel, the owner of this hotel was watching and eavesdropping on us all the time, and even late at night the electricity was turned off to save money, as I understand it. NOT WHEN NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL.
I rested there for 10 days. The staff is very helpful. The air conditioner was not working. The problem was solved on the same day. They always smile, help, prompt, joke. Only good impressions of them remained.
