Very cool hotel, convenient location to the Corniche beach (10 minutes). The rooms are all clean, cleaned on time. Special thanks to the managers Abdulattif and Samir. They were very friendly and helped to solve any issue. The food is top notch, we had half board (breakfast +lunch/dinner). There is always a different assortment. Your shrimp in batter is mmmmm, yummy. The outdoor pool upstairs is very comfortable, although there are only 4 sun beds, but many had enough. In the evening, you can drink cocktails, smoke a wonderful hookah from Mohamed! Thanks to him too, he is very friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel has 100 points! We will definitely come back again.

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. Booked on agoda. It turned out to be the most profitable there. They accept Gazprombank's union pay cards when paying on the spot. The staff speaks English well and is very polite. They are cleaned every day, the cloth is changed every 2 days. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop nearby. There is a terrace on the roof where you can order a hookah for 45 dirhams. You can also bring your own food there. There is a swimming pool, but it is forbidden to swim without a lifeguard. However, for 4 days I did not see a lifeguard on the spot. There is a liquor store on the ground floor near the entrance.
There was a problem with the sockets, not all European plugs were inserted into them.

I liked everything. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The rooms may not be the newest, but they are clean and equipped. There is a swimming pool and a "dining room" on the roof. The location is excellent: 10 minutes to the embankment; near a public transport stop and an alcohol store with pleasant prices)

The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many cafes, a beach, an embankment, a bus stop nearby. The rooms are spacious, but already tired, there is no balcony. In the evening, you can sit by the pool at a table on the roof, where everyone gathers. The price-quality is consistent, we will stop if we go to the capital of the UAE.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, daily room service and cleaning, on the SO floor there is a restaurant, as well as a small swimming pool.
Meals - breakfasts, very good, there is a choice of what to eat, cozy rooms, quite large and spacious, clean.
There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy near the hotel.
The beach is within walking distance literally 5-7 minutes on foot.

For the money that I stayed here, price/quality.
One of the advantages is a reasonable price. Tomorrow is diverse.
The location is generally good, but keep in mind that there is no crossing to the beach and you have to go to the nearest intersection. A free municipal golf cart with several seats runs along the embankment. It will take you to any gate to the beach for free.
Of the cons, the hotel is a little tired with furniture, but generally clean. The refrigerator was broken, I asked to replace it, as a result, another non-cooling refrigerator was brought. The air conditioner was working properly, not loudly. It is built into the ventilation, not a separate unit.
In general, if I go again, I will look for more options. The area itself is not particularly new and you have to go to the nearest parks. There is a construction site in places. The view from the window was so-so, but they are different, as luck would have it.
With young children, look for an option closer to the beach crossings. And there are no places for children to walk nearby.
The hotel is for those who want to save money. Cleaning the room, changing towels was no problem. The reception helps, answers all questions.

The hotel is 100% worth the money, the advantages are convenient location, close to the promenade, many coffee shops, eateries, restaurants and a supermarket. A special bonus was the liquor store right in the same building.
We checked in an hour ahead of time, the air conditioner worked fine, everything in the room worked too.
The only minus is the pool, it is not deep, small and there are no sun beds.

There is a public transport stop nearby, you can go in any direction. MarinaMall is not far away. Cleaning every day.
There is a rooftop pool, but like all rooftop pools it is quite small. Beach towels are provided.
The restaurant is a buffet. The food is normal.

A two-room room with a small kitchen and two bathrooms. But unlike a similar hotel in Dubai, there was no washing machine and iron. And the dishes in the kitchen too, except for two tea cups. I don't know, maybe the dishes would have been brought, but we didn't need them. The restaurant is on the last 17th floor with access to the terrace, i.e. the roof, on which there is a small swimming pool. Breakfasts and dinners are quite acceptable for a 4* hotel. The location is very good - in the quarter adjacent to the Corniche, opposite the entrance to the city beach.

We rested at this hotel from September 15 to 26 in a deluxe room on the 6th floor. There were minor misunderstandings during the check-in, but they were quickly eliminated. We had half board. The first 5 days it was problematic to eat: everything was strongly peppered. At first there were no Russian speakers in the hotel at all. Practically, only Hindus. They probably cooked for them. Then the palefaces slowly began to come into the hotel and the food became normal. At least we went to local cafes several times and realized that the hotel cooks better. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.

-: do not ask for a set of towels for 1 person instead of 2 yet, and they will NOT be changed while you are staying, even if you put towels on the floor. Instead, your dirty towels from the floor will just be hung on a hook! The light in the bathroom is very weak. The exhaust fan doesn't seem to be working. The refrigerator sometimes turns itself off. The windows are dirty and won't open. The room is cold (it was in December-January). The cards stop working in the elevator after 2 days. Don't even wait for slippers and bathrobes. There are trash cans along with ashtrays on them at every elevator, on every floor, there was a cigarette smell, ventilation was so-so. An expensive breakfast. Almost the most smelly area of the city, it is around the hotel. If you want to leave your luggage, it will be on the floor next to the reception. Well, the star of the hotel is the daily deafening fire alarm check (around 10-11 am), which NO ONE will warn you about.
+: breakfast is expensive, but it will please everyone. The deputy manager (most likely) near the reception is the only staff working and helping guests at the hotel. The beach is close.
