We bought insoles for a child in this salon, the impression remained extremely unpleasant. The consultant (a blonde-haired woman, whose name was not remembered) behaved rudely: she spoke with disdain, interrupted, did not allow us to explain exactly what we needed and what appointment the orthopedic doctor had given, argued with the doctor's recommendations. When the child did not know how to behave properly when scanning the foot, she answered him sharply and without patience. As a result, the mood was spoiled, and the child himself noted that "the aunt was rude." I would like to have a more attentive and respectful attitude towards clients and their doctors' appointments.
