This is the second day I've been crying! They ruined the most important moment for every girl and family.
In 2019, my husband and I bought wedding rings from this brand, namely at the store in the Skala shopping center. It's been 5 years and 10 months and my ring HAS CRACKED! There were no effects on the ring, I didn't hit it, I didn't drop it, I wore it like everyone else. And not only did it split, but it also turned out to be DOUBLE-SIDED and EMPTY INSIDE! (the store clerks didn't warn us about this, we bought the ring with the idea that it was solid).
After I discovered this with my ring, my husband and I immediately came to the store in the Greenstity shopping center and showed the ring. They asked us to do everything possible to help us with this situation. The consultants told us that the brand is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the product being sold, they DON'T even KNOW how suppliers make THEIR products, they work with different manufacturers. They assured us that her husband's ring was definitely not double-sided (her husband bought the exact same ring again in 2024). They only had to take their word for it, they didn't provide anything else.
They also said that the warranty on my ring had expired, as it had been more than 2 years, and they told me to look for receipts. (it's been almost 6 years now and it's almost impossible to find receipts). They took a picture of my SPLIT, DOUBLE-SIDED ring and said they would write.
The next day, they wrote to us that they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HELP in ANY WAY because 5 years had passed since the purchase and that the manufacturing technology of the products from the manufacturers was not disclosed by the manufacturer himself. It turns out that the ORO brand does not actually bear any responsibility (very convenient). We wrote again that we had been misled about the integrity of the ring, to which we were told to write to another email. That's the whole job of the brand!
I think you can imagine all my pain and disappointment, the most important moment for everyone, the symbolic moment of love and bonding has been destroyed! It is very painful that we were NOT INFORMED that the ring is EMPTY INSIDE, that it is DOUBLE-SIDED (I think, knowing this information, my husband and I would have thought about them 1000 times) . Misled! We've lost money and still have to figure out what to do with the product next! I was surprised that the brand doesn't care about its reputation at all. Instead of making every effort to find a way out of the situation, they just send us from mail to mail. The consultants are not customer-oriented, they immediately started talking: they probably won't help, it's been more than 2 years, etc. Even it sounded very strange to me as a woman. No understanding or regret.

Girls, if you don't want to lose money and an important moment in your life, don't buy products at ORO!
