A good institution in our city, the cuisine is delicious, although not very diverse, music for an amateur, a very fast change of compositions by a DJ, which knocks down dancing, which I did not like, that after about 24.00 chaos begins, because some come only to the disco, well-tipsy customers walk jostling on the dance floor. The smoke that is allowed around the hall is also not liked by everyone, although in some way it can create an unusual atmosphere.

I would like to note the good work and the number of guards - well done, they quickly resolve all issues, and this is important for institutions of this format, since the contingent is different. There are a lot of people, in this regard, the disadvantage is that there is little space on the dance floor. There are 3 bartenders working at the bar, which is good for a large number of people. The selection of cocktails is small. The prices are reasonable. Another big disadvantage for me personally is the smoking room opposite the wardrobe (which has a separate place is good), but then things from the wardrobe stink of cigarettes, which is unpleasant for a non-smoker. The music is different, sometimes it's great to come dancing, and sometimes it's already a mess. The administrator does not know how to communicate correctly with people, is not polite, and speaks boorishly, which is not pleasant. The tiles at the entrance had all fallen apart, and they could have fixed it. The food seems to be normal.

A good place for adults and independent people to relax. The kitchen is good, you can really eat well-not chips with beer. A good selection of alcohol at normal prices. And when we booked a table, no one warned us! We arrived in a good mood, but the receptionist, a very nasty girl, decided that it was okay to be rude. They left. Apparently, the guards do not see anything wrong with letting people in a state of heavy alcohol intoxication into the institution. In general, "Orchid" is a complete failure. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money here.

We chose this place for the evening of the meeting. The establishment exceeded all expectations, and in the wrong direction.
The service is terrible. From 18.00 to 04.00, the waitress did not come up once. If they hadn't asked about the hot dish, which, by the way, was served half-cooked after 1.5 hours of the prescribed time, it would not have been served. I had to run after the staff and ask. There is no kitchen. Music is a separate conversation. Not a single song was played normally, after the first verse, electronic farting began in all compositions.
One of the advantages is a smoking area, with interesting chairs dressed in grandmother's caps.
I highly recommend it.

So we had to deal with the service at the "level" of this evil place.I will not inflate it too much, I will do it in the appropriate places. In short: There was a scuffle between the guests, during which .THE HEAD OF the INSTITUTION wrapped the hair of one of the participants in the conflict around his hand, dragged him along the floor to the exit.During the incident, the girl received bodily injuries, which were recorded by competent people.
Shame on such behavior and attitude. There is no concept of morality. The signs of upbringing have not been revealed.

When I came from Minsk on business, I visited this institution. There was only one single malt whiskey on the menu. The bartender Alexey (I hope correctly) is very attentive despite his busy schedule. What I didn't like was 3 times, all 3 times there is some kind of "echo from the 90s" in a jacket and nightmares visitors, a phone in a jacket (this is on the dance floor), a wired earphone sticks out from one ear and at the same time he talks, like solves some issues with loud music everything really looks very funny, it's not clear why the guards allow you to pass in a jacket, and they don't react, but maybe she "burns out" from it. In the event of a conflict, the security tries to calm the participants, instead of just taking everyone out, also does not react in any way to people who are already sleeping on the bar, so in my opinion the security is severely underworking, but perhaps this is just the policy of the institution and the security has nothing to do with it, it pulls some kind of mothballs...
