The rooms are nice, delicious food, friendly service, cool and comfortable pools, there is a playroom for children, a large one with a TV, beds in the rooms, air conditioning, clean toilets and convenient access to the lake

We booked two rooms in advance, 15 days in advance. When we arrived, the administration could not find the room. We found a room, we checked in. Barrack type of building. The rooms are small, it doesn't match what we wanted. There is no basic living conditions, i.e. there is no table, no dishes. The floors are cold, granite everywhere. My feet are freezing after bathing. The bathroom is combined, there is no hair dryer. When they asked for an iron, they said there was no iron. There's nowhere to iron things. I won't say anything bad about nutrition. On the first day, six people were given five pieces of bread. Then they started giving us more after we applied. I paid 22 thousand tenge per person for the family. Two days later we settled in another place, the same conditions, but the price is two times cheaper, 12 thousand tenge per person.
