We rested at the end of October 2024, the weather is +28, the water is cool. The beach is very good, the sand and the purest sea, the nature is super - mountains, pines, eucalyptus trees. The food is not very diverse, but everything is delicious. Animation - only in the evening at 22 o'clock, not during the day (there was not enough loud music on the beach and at least some kind of movement). Rooms - as it was correctly written, there are many rooms with an unrepresentable view from the window, because the buildings are very close to each other, but for us it was not critical, cleaning every day is excellent. The guests are 10% Russian, the rest are English-speaking, the hotel was full at the end of October. To Ichmeller along the embankment is a 10-minute walk, the embankment is very beautiful. We traveled by minibuses to Marmaris for 30 lira per person, also 10 minutes there. We took an excursion to Marmaris on the Bigboss ship ($ 25 per person), this is generally something - we bought up, danced, generally excellent, had fun. We bought an excursion to Dalyan from the guide, we also liked it, watched huge turtles and caught crabs. In general, the rest was a success! Thank you ORKA❤

A wonderful hotel. It is quite new, the furniture and mattresses are fresh and comfortable. A nice communal restaurant. There is a large selection of dishes on offer. There is a possibility of dietary nutrition. And the ice cream in their dining room tasted better than it did outside.
Great beach! New comfortable sun beds and beautiful umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is sandy and convenient!
Every evening there are entertainment programs, a children's disco for children.
It is very convenient and fast to go to the city center by minibus, which stops right at the hotel.
It's a good choice for sleeping and relaxing, it's quiet at night, the Ikon club is nearby, but they only walked at night 1 time in a week

The rest was at the end of August, the sea is clean, there are no strong waves, the beach is excellent, beautiful promenade, daily room cleaning, food for 4, alcohol is normal, there is a water park, there is not much animation. Cons a lot of stairs (Orco – walker) that's what I called this hotel, there are not enough sunbeds on the beach and pools,wi-fi on the beach catches poorly, my room was not located very well in the morning and evening, the iron rumble of carts, the scream of cats, on some days music from the nearby Icon nightclub, with a room as lucky.
If you choose among other Marmaris hotels, then this one is the best in terms of beach and location, the views are very beautiful!

We had a rest in September 2024!
In my opinion, the hotel does not match the stardom! It's a solid 4! Advantages: location, stunning view, beautiful coastline, walking area, delicious food, stable WI-FI!
Cons: the biggest disadvantage is that the hotel is very tired, stained chairs in the restaurant, dirty equipment (coffee machines, beverage machines) the staff does not particularly monitor their area of responsibility (sticky bar counter on the bar, dirty tables and chairs there) as for the rooms, we paid with a sea view , but we saw a small piece of the sea, since there was a neighboring building in front of us, the room was also very tired, water dripped from the fan in the toilet, the ceiling in the bathroom was all stained, the installation was stained in the room itself, the sofa was not as fresh as possible! A weak minibar! There is no complete set of toiletries! They put the valuables in the safe , closed it , and the next day they couldn't open it (they entered the correct password) ! - the gym is better than I've come across in most hotels;

The location is excellent - a long embankment along which you can walk or ride bicycles.
A very nice beach - long, with clean sand and clear water. New comfortable sun beds.
The food is great. Everything is delicious. It is quite diverse.
The rooms are all pretty new. They clean so-so, although there is no outright dirt anywhere.
The animation is great! Live music at the stage or in the blue bar.
A big minus is a lot of rooms overlooking a very noisy road! It is impossible to sleep with an open balcony. And the air conditioners are noisy and work only in the "Antarctica" mode. An hour later, dubak is in the room. So you won't be able to sleep with an air conditioner either.
Economy rooms have windows either to the wall (this is the best option) or to the passage or to the corridor /noisy stairs. In some places there are piles of air conditioning units on the territory, which make a LOT of noise. If there is one next to the room, I don't know how to be there.
I didn't really like the territory of the hotel - the buildings are piled haphazardly, there are some stairs, passages, dead ends everywhere.
There is a children's club, but it is empty, children are not entertained, there are almost no toys.
The water park is not bad! It's bad that there are slides for cheesecakes, but there are no cheesecakes (you need to buy🤷). But the slides are quite interesting.
In general, the advantages are a promenade for walking, a great beach, food, good rooms, mountain views.
Cons - it is noisy, crowded on the territory, there is no normal children's club.
Do I want to come back? To the beach of this hotel - YES. To the hotel itself? I don't know.

We were here with my family in the middle of June. The hotel is ideal for families with children. The rest goes on calmly, steadily, without pounding music at night (there is a club and a stage, but they are located far from residential buildings, so you can't hear anything). The rooms were standard, clean, everything was working properly. The air conditioner is cold, there is water, there is a hairdryer. The mini bar was free (without alcohol) and replenished every day. There are complaints about cleaning, they were not cleaned every day, and they left a sign on the door asking them to clean up. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. It takes no more than 3 minutes to walk from our room to the sea. In June, there were not many people, at any time you can choose a sunbed on the beach. The food is varied, lots of fruits and a lot of oriental sweets. Alcohol is all inclusive for 3 out of 5. It is better to take it with you from duty free. Yes, with these disadvantages, a solid 5 out of 5 for the calm, relaxed atmosphere on site. Animators do not bother and do not drag them by the hands to dances, etc., etc. There are special pools for children and a water park where the son of 5 years old was safe and comfortable. I recommend it for recreation, not for parties.

We had a rest in August-September 2024. The main disadvantages of the hotel are a small swimming pool, which is completely incomprehensible for a 5-star hotel. Such pools are usually in threesomes. There is no place around the pool for evening gatherings with a glass, everything is small, narrow, unpresentable. There are also small basques for children and children's slides, but there is definitely nowhere to swim, if you are not lucky with the warm sea, you will be lucky, there will be a terrible pandemonium by the pool. At least we got to a very warm sea, gorgeous just like the water, there was no need to plop into the basik. And the territory of the hotel is extremely small for five, there is nowhere to walk, just walk along the hotel back and forth. If you pay extra when ordering for a room with a sea view, you are well done, otherwise the balcony will face the neighbor's door. Rough.The animators are sluggish, the evening programs are dull, there are no discos in principle, it's boring in the evening, they left the hotel for Marmaris, and in droves.
The room, pre-paid, with a balcony overlooking the sea, is good, but it is seriously shabby, the wall lamp is filled with some kind of Coca-Cola, the phone did not work, all sorts of shower gadgets that need to be updated are figs, and of the gadgets only a shower cap and cotton swabs. Incredible five-star modesty. Cockroaches, the size of matchboxes, scurry along the paths near the rooms. I give such a high rating for an excellent, large, with a pier and a cool entrance, a beach where there are enough sun loungers for everyone and a Blue rooftop bar with cool cocktails (feel free to demand what is not on the bar menu, sigh, but do an aperol, for example) and live music, fortunately, not only Turkish. I liked the Italian restaurant too. There's plenty of food in the canteen, you won't stay hungry. Special thanks for the honeycomb, cheese, always fresh, collection and fruits, especially sugar watermelons. The lobby bar is also not bad, but there are always a lot of people there, there is nowhere else to hang out in the hotel😟 This is the first time I come across this - there is no opportunity to sit beautifully by the pool in the evening! An undoubted minus! Oh, I forgot to tell you about the Spa-why is it so dirty, stuffy, unpresentable, I don't want to go there in principle. And yet-beach towels are changed at the Spa!wet people come there en masse, shaking wet towels, piling them in a pile, this is in the Spa area, where people should get relaxation, rest and detachment from the whole world..and there's a lot of traffic, like on Nevsky...We will never go there again! And I strongly advise no one! It's not really five stars, some kind of unkemptness and sloppiness in everything. A complete disappointment. Who writes that the food is monotonous, so don't put everything on plates at once)))) we came across a room with access to the road, it's okay, we went out on the balcony to hang the laundry))) The blue bar is gorgeous, we even danced there, the sea.. the views...without comment, the only thing that is not very good is when food is cooked on the grill for dinner, smoke goes into the rooms, it's worth thinking about, we went on excursions, we took excursions From Maxim, I do not advise...He didn't treat us decently. We went for a walk to Ichmiler, went to Marmaris, minibuses stop next to the hotel, in general we were satisfied, but I forgot to write about the tortillas on the beach, well, delicious!!!! We rested in this beautiful place from 10/14/24 to 10/22.24. The hotel is located on the first coastline, a few meters from the beach.We were immediately lucky. We arrived at the Orka lotus beach hotel at 11, check-in at 15, but the manager at the reception Metin offered us a room 46 m. with a Jacuzzi, instead of the standard 24 m. And as it turned out, our room was already ready to move in. Room 8204 was in a building with only 9 rooms. A room with a huge bed, with a podium and a canopy, a separate shower and toilet, free-standing large sinks, a wardrobe, a veranda with a Jacuzzi, a mini-bar is free, replenished every day. Where the switches are located, there is one with which you show whether you need cleaning or not to disturb you. The air conditioner was quiet, the sound insulation was good, we didn't hear the neighbors at all. Wi-fi worked better than at home, not only in the room, but also on the beach, and even in the sea on a yacht and when walking along the promenade at each palm tree)). We were given free beach towels at the hammam, which we changed every day. The hammam is free, but if you need massage and other spa services, then for an additional fee. The staff was helpful and attentive, but since 90% of the vacationers were English, they spoke only English. The food in the main restaurant was very tasty and varied, absolutely for every taste. Lots of vegetables, greens, fish, lamb, beef, side dishes, fruits, pastries and sweets,wines,freshly squeezed juice, cheeses, my favorite broccoli, steamed spinach. We often went to the bar with sweets, took very delicious cakes and coffee, and went out on the open balcony and admired the wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. The beach deserves special attention. It is large, wide, and strewn with very small pebbles, resembling sand and the bottom of the sea as well. Nowadays, the air temperature was 27-32, and the sea was 25°. The hotel is located in a bay, there is no wind, it is always calm, the water is clear. There are a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach, trash cans everywhere, clean. At any time, you could find free sun beds, even close to the sea. There are several water slides on site, but they do not work all day. We didn't go to the evening animations, as we were on excursions or walking along the boardwalk after dinner. On Friday, the Icon beach bordering the hotel was cool in the evening, there were several DJs, a lot of beautiful, interesting people. I really liked it!!! 💃🕺
We changed the money from the hotel guide, bought excursions from him and in Icmeler. In the city, we bought excursions that the guide did not have, for example, to ride a piratsky frigate. But if you want to fly in a hot air balloon, it is better to buy from a guide, there is insurance there and there is another program after the flight.... and lunch. And street vendors only have balloon rides.

location - the embankment stretches from Icmeler to Marmaris, 10 minutes on foot to Icmeler and 30-40 minutes to Marmaris, but it is more convenient to get to Marmaris in 5 minutes by minibus, they go one by one, the fare is 1 dollar.

A great spacious rooftop bar with live music, outdoor seating and panoramic views of the sea and islands.
Pavilions with good service away from the main beach (the sea is yours), the Moscow pavilion is generally conveniently located.
It is important to get into a good room, there are many rooms, where from all sides close "hello" neighbors, smoldering day and night. But there are buildings (5 in secret) with an excellent location of rooms (not everything is true).

We rest at the hotel from 8.10.24 to 17.10.24. The service is normal. The animation is very weak, uninteresting, and there are no animators. Bingo lottery is paid for 10 euros. Delicious and varied food, warm sea, interesting hotel, convenient location (walking distance to Icmeler and Marmaris). There are also disadvantages:
It is very dirty in the room upon check-in. We went to the reception and cleaned it. But then I cleaned it myself for two more hours (toilet paper + soap and detergent). It's important to me.
Some cups/plates are dirty too.
Perhaps we should make separate smoking areas. You're sitting at a children's performance, and they smoke in your face- so-so. Or on the beach... in general, it would be necessary to divide their zones.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous grounds, first line. There is always a clean beach with sun loungers. Great food, adult children will always find something to their liking! Lots of pools! There is also a children's pool with slides and fountains for both toddlers and older children. Every evening there is a disco for children and a program for adults! Lovely clean rooms with good beds and not sagging mattresses. They are cleaned every day, as well as clean towels every day! On the beach, you can also ask the staff to bring towels. Very high quality alcohol! Special thanks to the Blue bar staff. The live music is just great. There is also a disco on the beach who likes to dance. The responsive staff always goes to the meeting and fulfills all requests. I was given two gifts on my birthday) two visits to the restaurant and a compliment in the form of wine, plates with fruit are very nice))) We will definitely come back again!

But, the food is average, not a 5-star level in any way, desserts are not delicious, alcohol is only local, cocktails are mostly not tasty. They even managed to make the mojito sour, and pour so much alcohol into the pina colada that it was impossible to drink. Russians are not served in the restaurant, drinks are brought only to Europeans. The animation is so hidden that even if you want to, you won't find it. The evening shows are boring, no discos. I was pleased with the free access to the Ala Kart restaurant. At the reception, no one usually understands Russian, if you show them something in the Google translator request, they nod their heads and do not decide anything. The view from the room was on a concrete wall and the room was always dark, like in a cellar. The hotel definitely did not justify its cost.

The only advantage of the hotel is its location. That's where the advantages end.
There are no bathrobes in the room. Shampoo, gel - two in one in a dispenser. There was no hair conditioner. I had to run after the maid to get her to give out. But not all maids know English, and sometimes it was difficult to convey what was needed.
In general, the savings are complete.
We paid 20 thousand extra for the room, so that there would be no economy, but the so-called land view. What did we end up with for this overpayment? View of the garbage dump! And the constant sounds of loading/unloading the garbage can and at night a noisy garbage truck. Therefore, it was impossible to sleep with an open balcony.
The food is very monotonous. It's the same for lunch and dinner, and it's the same every day.

The food is monotonous, but delicious. She didn't bother us for 10 days. Fish, meat, chicken are all there. Everything is fresh. Alcohol is also on the level-not cheap Turkish swill. The room is very stylish and spacious. The beach is more or less clean, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone. The only negative is that there are no separate smoking areas on the street and on the beach. It is very unpleasant to sit by the sea and breathe cigarette smoke.

The sea is clean and warm, a large beach with lots of sun beds, spacious rooms with climate control, delicious but monotonous food, friendly staff, comfortable lobby with lounge areas, interesting evening walks in the center of Marmaris. On the beach, services are very obsessively offered (they sell fur coats, etc.), they interfere with rest and this is done with the security of the hotel. The food area is crowded.
