I haven't been able to log in to online banking for more than a month. The old web application was disabled where you could log in with a password, and a new one was rolled out that just doesn't work. In the new one, they made an entrance via an SMS code that does not arrive. Support just says that everything will be fixed soon, and it's been like this for a month now.
It took 11 days to fix the problem so that I could log in to the mobile app... The text message is not coming. I'm even afraid to imagine what awaits me next if I still manage to log into my personal account and start using this card...
The service is disgusting. The card was made for several days, and as a result, the card was not entered into the Bank's system. The bank's management is apparently not interested in professional training of employees.
