There are always a lot of people, queues. The bank's services are limited, not all operations are available, the service percentage is high, the application is terrible. Many of the staff are not qualified enough, often they all turn to one person with questions, which takes additional time from customers.
I've only been here once, but I really liked it. Everything is very organized, convenient, the staff is responsive, the risks of queues are minimized as much as possible. The service is very fast.
