We really liked the tour of Dagestan, it turned out to be eventful and even exceeded all our expectations. A lot of bright and interesting natural locations, awesome mountains, water sources - we managed to try boating, rafting, walking through a cave in big fishing boots, walking barefoot through the blooming mountains at an altitude of 3,300 meters, watching sheep herding, climbing to the top of an ancient abandoned mountain village and much more.
For three days we lived in a glamping with all the amenities - a large tent house surrounded by mountains and a fast river.
We were accompanied by a wonderful guide Madina - above all praise, a real guide from God! 🌸She tried to anticipate all our desires, satisfy any requests, and found an individual approach to everyone. I organized a master class in glamping on learning lezginka and tea / coffee drinking with watermelon treats near the campfire. Madina often joked and told exciting stories about local customs and national culture.
Surrounded by her care, we felt safe throughout the trip. As the tour participants put it: "You need to pay extra for such a guide separately - and you won't regret it!" Her one hundred percent dedication, sparkling sense of humor, responsiveness and open, sincere and friendly attitude towards tourists are really noticeable. A super professional in his place! Thanks to Madina, I want to come again)
Two virtuoso drivers were responsible for driving alternately - Murat and Hafiz, who easily coped with sharp turns on serpentines. We were given bottles of water every day during the trip.
For three days we lived in Derbent on the shore of the Caspian Sea with the opportunity to swim.

Review of air travel to Dagestan 19.07-26.07
I really liked the tour. The nature in Dagestan is simply incredible, the program covered all the main beautiful locations. Special thanks for the wonderful guide. Madina made our vacation simply unforgettable, talked a lot about the traditions of the locals, took care of our comfort. We lived in pleasant places throughout the tour, especially glamping in the mountains. We spent the last few days in a hotel on the shore of the Caspian Sea. We walked through the mountains, swam in the sea, took a lot of beautiful photos :)
I was not completely satisfied with the work of the most original tour. I went on a trip with a friend, the contracts were different, but for some reason the information about the trip and my ticket were thrown off only to her, and in just a couple of days; they gave little information about clothes. The guide, who wrote to us in more detail about clothes, was added to the conversation only at the airport (take clothes that cover your shoulders, stomach, knees, not tight).

I was on an air tour to Dagestan on 07/19/26/07.
Magnificent mountains, reservoirs, gorges. Nature is indescribably beautiful. There are several unforgettable places to visit every day.
Our group was hosted by the guide Madina. Beyond all praise! I couldn't even imagine that a guide could be so interesting, funny and caring.
If you plan to visit, then pay attention to the dress code: knees and shoulders should be covered, clothes should not be too tight.

Hello everyone. We returned from Karelia. Emotions are over the edge from the beginning to the end. Quick and easy registration of vouchers. Wonderful Hope is the leader of the group. He tells about Karelia in a very interesting and colorful way, with humor. She organized us all, worried about everyone, advised us what and where to buy cheaper. Accommodation in Karelia (Petrozavodsk and Sartavalla) is excellent. The breakfasts are amazing. And Karelia itself is a miracle. Such a beauty... The program is rich, but we saw, heard, and felt so much. It is not possible to put it into words. IT needs TO BE SEEN. Kizhi and Valaam Islands, Mount Sampo, Kivach Nature Reserve, Ruskavela Park and much more. And what is the cost of rafting on the Shuya River... Friends! I advise everyone to go with an original tour, with Hope. You won't regret it. There are enough impressions for several lifetimes))))))))))

We went to the Belarusian exclusion zone on 09.11.24. Well, it was the most poorly organized tour. The declared tour support was completely absent! Not a word was said about the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, even in the museum, where, in theory, we were supposed to be given information about this place, we were simply launched through the doors, we quickly ran through the halls in silence, and we were released. One of the advantages of the trip: we were taken from Minsk and transported for the most part parts of the declared locations. However, no explanations were given, and we had to guess where we were on our own. There were problems with the return trip too. Instead of the train ticket announced, the organizers bought tickets for another one, which is why the return time was shifted by 1.5 hours. I understand that the tickets were taken on the train where there were seats, but no one bothered to warn us about it. They reported on the fact when they handed out tickets before the train. The following answers were received to the question posed to the employee accompanying us: "Well, you got such a taciturn guide" and "well, the manager did not warn you", and it is recommended to leave a review on the site, which I do. It is a pity that my long-awaited trip was overshadowed by such an unprofessional approach. I would not recommend the original tour company to anyone, and, of course, I will not contact them again myself.

I went on an air tour of Iran from April 21 to April 30, 2024 from the Original tour. My old dream has come true!!! A very beautiful, interesting, original country with an ancient history. Nice and helpful people. I really, really liked everything!!! The rich program allowed you to see the sights of the country as much as possible and plunge into the oriental flavor. We went with the "Original Tour" on a 4-day tour to Moscow (railway tour), I really liked it. I went to the Exclusion Zone with this travel agency. It is difficult to say anything about the organization of the tour, since in fact it consisted of collecting us, putting us on a train, transferring us to a minibus, then to the bus of the reserve and back. The rest was done by an employee of the reserve. The escort (I can't even remember her name) did not differ in anything except that she slept most of the tour in the back row of seats on the bus (I actually thought that we had forgotten her somewhere). The tour is so-so. We visited the museum in the reserve, then several identical villages, where we simply climbed abandoned buildings, often unsafe. Among the disadvantages: there are no information signs with the name and history of objects, there is not a single urn along the entire route, dangerous objects are not fenced. But these are more questions about the organization of tourism by the Polessky radiation-ecological reserve. One of the questions to the staff of the reserve is: why is the entrance to the fire observation tower not closed? Firstly, it is not safe, and secondly, expensive equipment is installed there, which tourists (and not only) can cause significant harm to.

We were on the excursion "Soligorsk quarries and the Belarusian Maldives" today. When leaving Minsk, the guide read the story from a sheet, often signed up, "uh" sounded through the word and pronounced other words, then correcting herself. There was a feeling that she was always short of air, and it also seemed that she was seeing the sheet she was reading for the first time. Fortunately, in Soligorsk they gave another guide to this city, which was really good, but apart from her and lunch there is really nothing else to praise. We were given 10 minutes to view the first main attraction of the tour, with the words "you can't go there and there too", i.e. you can look at it from a distance of 15 meters to the pipes, from which there is still a distance to the landfills themselves, you can't get closer, time is extremely short. After that, there was free time in Soligorsk, it was right next to it. After that, we went to the same Belarusian Maldives. It started to rain along the way, and we were told that because of this, we would not see all the beauty, it is visible only in the sun. Okay, it's not the tour operator's fault. Upon arrival there, we were told that they were always there for no more than two hours, although according to their schedule it was 3 hours before they left back. Next, we were told that there are always midges, mosquitoes, and rain in general, and it was suggested that we spend an hour or half an hour there. Here the question arises: if the problem with insects is constant, why not warn about it in advance so that you can take some protective equipment with you? But in general, the answer is clear – it was clear from the guide that she was in a hurry to get home. Absolutely everyone returned earlier than an hour later, the insects really got in the way, and this completely spoiled the experience. To a reasonable question from one of the tourists that we had 2 hours left over the plan, and what could be offered in return (the terms of the contract state that in case of unforeseen circumstances there will be a replacement), the dry answer was "nothing". Although in fact we were driving back through Slutsk, and even personal time there could save the situation, if nothing was specially prepared, I think many people would be interested to see the new city. We returned to Minsk at 17:40 instead of 19:30, as stated, and this is taking into account the unplanned second stop along the way and the disembarkation of people to the final point. I have a disgusting attitude towards my clients, of course I will not contact you here anymore, and I do not advise you!

Yesterday we returned from a trip to the Yelnya-Miory Swamp-A waterfall on the Vyata River.

1. Instead of the declared comfortable bus, there was a minibus.
2. If you go in the summer, BE SURE TO TAKE SWIMSUITS, otherwise you will miss the opportunity to swim in the swamps and in the waterfall. Like us. No one told us about it :)
3. TAKE YOUR PASSPORTS. Why the agency did not warn you when the waterfall is literally located on the border area with Latvia and you pass through the checkpoint is a mystery :)
4. Olga, the guide, read everything from a piece of paper, stammered, showed zero interest.

We ordered a tour in the Original Zakopane-Sea Eye-Bukovina-Krakow tour. We left on 30.01.20. We returned home yesterday. We are thrilled! Everything is very well thought out according to the program, a very busy weekend, incredibly beautiful places to visit. I went with my five-year-old son, worried a little about how everything would go. Olesya, the guide, was very pleasant to us. I am always ready to help, tell you everything and show you. The whole trip did not leave the feeling that we were in good hands, both Olesya and the drivers. It seems to me that this is the main thing in any trip: to know that you can trust people and be sure that everything will be fine!
The guest house had everything you needed. We were also lucky with a room that had a balcony overlooking the Tatras. Breakfasts and lunch-dinners also satisfied our needs. On the first day, during a sightseeing tour of Zakopane, it rained, but in the evening it passed and we were able to walk by ourselves without umbrellas. The next few days were sunny and we were lucky to see both the Sea Eye and Krakow in all its glory. Be sure to visit the thermal baths: my child swam in the outdoor pool in hot water and it was a delight! We went to the Sea Eye in a cart with horses, paid 50 zloty for one person (be sure to take zloty, otherwise the trip costs 25 euros). The child goes like an adult after three. We went back down on foot. We made stops, rested, but walked these 12 km on foot (9 km is without taking into account the distance from the parking lot to the start). The cuisine in cafes and bars is simply excellent. Very tasty hot wine and beer. Delicious local smoked cheese oscypek (be sure to try it hot and with jam).
My advice: if you are traveling with children, take spare shoes. Any shoes tend to get wet sometimes and through up))) Otherwise, you will be like us: putting on bags and drying boots with a hairdryer. You can also take spare jackets, if you get caught in the rain, they will be very useful. More socks, if anything, they are sold everywhere, even in the bar upstairs by the Sea Eye.
I liked everything, no comments or suggestions, everything is very thought out and just wonderful! Complete delight! Special thanks to the tour operator Alesa for the good advice and clear answers to all our questions. We were very lucky that the first link to our Google search was the Original tour.
