The hotel has a great location, in the very center, near two train stations (bus station and railway station). Good breakfast buffet.
We lived on the 8th floor. The room has one large bed and an additional folding bed. It was not comfortable to sleep on the folding bed, the shelf of the chest of drawers is located very low, which transforms into a bed. There was only one set in the room for 3 people (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Neither slippers nor a shoe spoon were found.
Overall, the impression is positive, on a solid 4.

In January 2020. We had a rest in Helsinki and stayed at the Sokos Hotel. Clean room, cleaned daily, decent breakfasts, convenient location of the hotel, next to the railway station, we were very pleased with everything!

The hotel is "two steps away" from the Helsenki railway station. The rooms are normal and clean. Daily cleaning service. But there was a disappointment, the computer froze when paying, I had to switch to another one, the receptionist girl offered to attach the card again. The result is a double payment. It seems that the money was returned on the computer, although a month has passed and they have not been credited to the account! It was very upsetting!
