When booking this hotel, we focused exclusively on reviews, so we were sure that there would be no problems. In general, I liked everything - the room is clean, there is a necessary set of dishes, a kettle and a refrigerator. The bed is comfortable enough, the pillows are comfortable. From the room (we had a terrace), there is a beautiful view of the city (see photo). Lyudmila, the hotel employee solved all issues promptly. I really liked the breakfasts in one of the cafes (n10), with which the hotel has an agreement, - pleasant service, delicious and unusual serving of dishes. Of the cons: it is very cold inside (we were in February, t0-5c), only the underfloor heating in the bathroom works, so I had to constantly turn on the air conditioner, and this is dryness in the room. At the end of the rest, our mood was also spoiled by a torn towel, it was VERY unpleasant ... The choice is yours!)
