Not a bad cafe. There is kaspi red, which is quite important for young people. But you go out there as if you haven't washed for a week, apparently the hoods work very poorly. This is a huge disadvantage for this institution. And the restrooms are not always weathered and clean. In principle, there are no complaints about the kitchen.

Good time of day. The food that I personally took there was delicious (doners, sushi and cocktails). But the service has changed a lot since the opening. You order takeaway and sometimes you just wait for more than promised. And that's okay. Most recently, I took out doners. I ordered by phone and arrived, went to the checkout and said I have a takeaway. She was doing something there and generally had zero emotions for me, she didn't even say hello. He stood there like a tree stump looking at her... Then, just for fun, I just stood there and waited for her to honor me with her attention. I've paid and I'm waiting. The time has passed, I didn't exactly register it, but it's fine. I already go to the counter myself, my order is lying, and they couldn't even tell my name and that my order was ready. And before that, I had another case when a man with children came, ordered a takeaway and decided to eat there. I ordered pasta. When they sat down, he then comes up and says that the pasta is too salty, but they can't be. Well, you have to be customer-oriented and offer a solution to the issue, apologize, give some kind of bonus. But the crowning point of the situation was that when he offered to pack him food that he hadn't finished, they stood and didn't even give him the container at first. They say we have self-service, then when in a fit of passion he tells them well, at least give them a container and then they gave it to him. Was it really impossible, at least in this situation, to go to a meeting with a client and order food for him? In general, decide for yourself whether to go there or not, but the service there has become poor.
