A solid five for the location: just a few steps to the subway, at the next station - Disneyland and for breakfast. Their cost is not small - about 1.5 tr, if bought separately, but it is quite a rich European buffet. One of the advantages is a good grocery store right in the hotel and a shopping center within walking distance. There are laundry rooms too.
