The hotel is chic, the room is not standard, with an oriental slant in the design, clean, there are all toiletries, high-quality cleaning, even moved the sofa, but surprisingly there is not a speck of dust under it. The staff is responsive and courteous, always smiling modestly. The breakfasts are quite meager to choose from, but they compensate with their delicious eastern bias))) The fruits are like a bomb, the sweets are gorgeous. The entrance to the hotel and the location are very good, almost the center of Bukhara. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, but in the summer and not now it is not necessary. The bed is white, there are a lot of pillows, the mattress is hard and smooth, very comfortable, I get enough sleep every night. I recommend.
It's a great place. Nice prices. The staff is polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. 10 out of 10. Great location. I advise everyone. Good internet connection, not many hotels have good internet speed. And here is a good speed 👍👍👍
Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. The Internet is weak. I couldn't watch TV, it's hanging. We'll come back on occasion
I've only been to the conference room and the restaurant a few times. I won't say that it's bad. But it's not super either. The conference room is comfortable. And the restaurant is no different from other places in the city. That's why it's not 5 stars.
The hotel is beautiful. The location is great. Lyabi House is 1.2 km away on foot. Rooms without carpets. The TV was working but the channels were not showing. There is Wi-Fi. There is breakfast. There is a laundry service. When asked to clean the room, the room was cleaned but the floor was not washed. There is a bar. You can play mafia in the lobby. You can sit until morning. I put 3 stars because the floor was not washed and the money was not returned for the return of alcohol. I have already left Bukhara.
The staff did not even book a room by prior call. Breakfast is not easy. It used to be much better here. The room is good. It's all clear. Wi-Fi does not catch at all.
As I understand it, this hotel chain in Uzbekistan is popular. We really liked it. Nice spacious rooms, with a huge bathroom, excellent lighting in the bathroom, there are all necessary hygiene products. There is always water in the room. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The location of these hotels in Khiva, Bukhara, and even in Samarkand is very convenient, they are located close to attractions. I recommend
I really liked the hotel. As for the price and quality, I will not say, we were on a business trip (I did not pay) - but the quality is excellent, clean, cozy, despite the terrible cold outside (we returned to Moscow - it was warm!) - the room was even hot, as the floors are heated. So I had to turn them off at night, I can't sleep in the heat. I also opened the balcony at night - there is a beautiful loggia, and wonderful air - but it is difficult to sleep with an open balcony - local horsemen can't help but honk shrilly even at night and without any sense. Everything is decorated with taste and without oriental frills (see photo), the bathroom is modern and clean. In short, a five (excluding the price, which I do not know about).
I've never seen a worse hotel: for such a high price, such a shabby, cramped and smelly room. The room is stuffy, you open the window noisily, mosquitoes, you sleep like on the street. The service is terrible. Of the advantages, the breakfast is not bad.
A beautiful, cozy hotel. Good breakfasts. Wi-Fi as luck would have it: it was good at the reception, very weak on the 5th floor. The bathroom has soap, shower gel and shampoo, a brush and toothpaste.
Great hotel. Delicious breakfasts, although the assortment is not great, but everything is fresh and delicious. The staff is incomparable!!!! Special thanks to the director. Clean, modern, cozy, not noisy hotel. Daily cleaning service. Convenient location
The hotel is located far from the old town, 20 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by taxi.
Cozy, beautiful, with good furniture and a bathroom.
The breakfast buffet is not chic, but satisfying (pancakes, eggs, porridges, yoghurts and other business breakfast set).
I take off the star for the noisy air conditioner, which is directed directly at the sleeping place - and turning it off, I don't want to think about the stars.

Everything is fine. There is an ATM, a shop nearby, and a swimming pool on site. The food is delicious, the service is good 👍
The hotel is good, located next to the stadium, delicious cuisine, rich breakfasts. The rooms are cozy, although not spacious, everything is clean everywhere.
The guys at the reception are a little confused, maybe new. In general, I recommend it!
A beautiful hotel in a modern national style. Everything is clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast. Delicious. If I go to Bukhara next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
A great hotel! The rooms are very cozy and comfortable! It is very nice that there is such a hotel in Bukhara. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Bukhara!
P.S. The breakfasts there are great! The pancakes are incomparable! 😋😋😋
The breakfasts are good, the location is also good, but inside in the bathtub the hair dryer is attached to the wall but I did not find an outlet next to it
The service at the counter is very terrible! Employees are confused by the numbers and different prices each time.
The rooms are small, the TV does not work at all. The prices for washing clothes are simply space.
I do not recommend it if you want to stay at this hotel
Terrible hotel!I do not recommend Russian tourists to go there, an extremely negative attitude!the service is just terrible!we traveled with a tourist group from a private person for 70 people, then an emergency situation arose due to the cancellation of the Aeroflot flight, we asked for permission to stay overnight, which was paid, but they refused to go to a meeting, they found themselves on the street!
minuses:
Firstly: it is not immediately clear where the entrance is, since there is no signboard and a large wooden door
Secondly: the rooms are small, not to mention the bathroom-toilet room is almost impossible to turn around
Thirdly: hangers are cheap, it looks like they are made of wire
Fourthly: they cook too fatty food (this is lunch and dinner), and there is practically no assortment for breakfast
pluses:
First of all: the Internet speed is good
Secondly: the service staff is good
So-so, a hotel. But marketing is "0". There are a lot of flaws in the room. Most importantly, the price per night is absolutely not commensurate with convenience
The hotel is in the very center, not far from the old town, very nice room, everything is new, the breakfasts are simply gorgeous. Opposite the Tashkent restaurant, I highly recommend it...
