I scored five points, but there are disadvantages. The location is excellent, the metro is 20-25 minutes away, all locations and attractions are within walking distance. The breakfasts are standard, the staff did not always have time to change the empty dishes. The room is nice and spacious, but there are rooms with access to a blank wall. The air conditioner did not work for me, the administrator did not respond to requests for 10 days of stay, the bed towels were not changed once all the time. When calculating for accommodation, they also tried to arrange for $ 50 for some kind of invented tax, although they booked through booking and the price was indicated there with all fees and taxes, this incident left an unpleasant impression. I did not even enter into a controversy, I paid only the amount that was indicated at the time of booking. It's strange, instead of making a discount for an air conditioner that is not working, they also wanted to furnish it)))and so, in general, I liked everything, since I only came to spend the night

A modest hotel. The staff is polite and helpful, but the rooms are very simple. Breakfast is meager. There are a lot of guests and all the food is quickly sorted out, and the dishes are replenished very slowly. You can come half an hour after the start of breakfast and find empty trays and no clean dishes. I don't really recommend it, although the price is quite normal.

Lived there. If you travel around Tashkent by car, then the hotel is well located relative to the center. Quiet, calm, clean, buffet breakfast. The ball was reduced for 2 broken mattresses in the room.

I have already stayed at this hotel 3 times, in total I have lived here for more than a month. A very cozy and comfortable hotel. In my opinion, it is the best price/quality ratio among all hotels in Tashkent. The staff is above all praise, I was very pleased that there is a store literally across the street from the hotel Korzinka.uz (like our Five) - very convenient. Also within walking distance of such worthy establishments as Sazanchik, Registan and Guten on Mukimi street. Since this is the city center, Yandex taxi arrives at any time of the day in a matter of minutes. It is a decent option for tourists or if someone is going on a business trip, I recommend it.

The hotel is old, without an elevator, there is a circular staircase to the 4th floor, although the staff helps to lift the luggage. Everything in the rooms is covered with carpets, if a person is allergic, then it's terrible. The windows of the hotel overlook, among other things, the main highway, which is buzzing and honking. The breakfasts are cold, there is no variety. The most important thing is that this is a family hotel serviced apparently by women of the same family. They behave like owners, speak only their own language, loudly and gesticulate. At the end of breakfast time, it's not over yet. They collect food, while the guests are still in the restaurant, sit down and start eating and loudly discuss their business

For 1.2 days, it is quite normal, I do not advise staying longer
Of the advantages:
-well-functioning wi-fi
-quite tolerable breakfast (but always cold)
-air conditioning
- the kettle
-regular room cleaning
- there are extra blankets
Of the cons:
-a non-working TV (I lived for three days and when I checked in they said that the antenna broke yesterday, as a result, it did not work at the time of departure) -a very hard mattress
-thin walls
-lack of hooks in the bathroom (not critical, but still very inconvenient, not even a towel to hang near the sink)
-there are no sockets near the mirrors (it is also very inconvenient for girls)
-if you do not hang a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, then a cleaner may burst in at an unexpected moment

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking.

The hotel is minus five stars! I travel a lot for work and stay in all kinds of hotels, but I haven't seen it worse for 10 years. We have not heard about cleanliness, hospitality and guest service here. On the 4th floor, take the suitcase up the spiral staircase with dangerously knocked down carpets as you want. The room is dirty, there are no garbage bags, there is no refrigerator, the kettle is burnt out - they wrote something down when asked to replace it, but nothing has changed in a week. You don't even have to talk about breakfast - it's disgusting. There is Wi-Fi, working programs do not pull. In general, I do not advise against the word at all!!!!

We stayed at the hotel 05.10.22-07.10.22.
On the positive side: a relatively good location for your money, next to a delicious pastry shop Sofia. Responsive staff.
From the negative, what I faced: I booked three rooms, two were settled immediately, problems started with one, there should have been a standard with a double bed, they offered a two-room apartment (with doors), where other people will be accommodated in another room, while the door to our room does not lock with a key. Don't worry, they say the hotel is respectable, there will be no problems. As a result, they were moved after dissatisfaction to a "normal" room, check-in time is more than an hour and a half.
They placed it next to the stairs, there is also a sofa on the ground floor, where the administration has heated discussions with someone at night, you can hear it in the room, you can't sleep normally.
The breakfast is very mediocre, there is no coffee machine.
The cherry on the cake was the loss of the door card when handing over the room (the child put it in a suitcase). By the way, they give out one card per number without exceptions, there are no more. They asked to file a fine of $ 30 (!), for a card that costs a penny and is simply sewn.
The fine has been paid, not a foot in this hotel anymore.

Before arrival, I wrote to the hotel on whatsapp and warned about early arrival, they replied that if there were free places, they would check in immediately, and it turned out that way. The room has everything you need: several towels, shampoos, hair dryer, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, air conditioning, etc. There is no safe. The mattress is really hard, but this is the case in many hotels. In the hot season, they give a duvet cover- if desired, you can put a blanket in it yourself, which lies in the closet. The carpets in the corridors and the room are completely not old (I don't understand what other commentators are unhappy about) Wi-Fi is free and very fast. The staff is excellent, the cleaning is on time. The area is gorgeous, public transport runs regularly, a taxi arrives in a couple of minutes - everything is very cheap compared to St. Petersburg. There are many shops nearby, both small stalls and a supermarket. Restaurants and cafes are also within a five-minute walk. I don't know what else people need for happiness) If I'm still in Tashkent, I think I'll book the same hotel

We visited the hotel in April 2023. The hotel is small, the double room is tiny, the door to the shower is glass(. There was a kettle in the room, but drinking water was not provided, there was a table, but there was no chair, there was a window, but it was not transparent (Breakfast was included in the price (omelette, vegetables, porridge, pastries. instant coffee only). I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location (30 minutes walk to the metro. but the taxi is inexpensive) near grocery stores, alcohol market, cafes. I didn't like it - the mattress was very hard, water was leaking from the toilet tank - I had to block it, it was cold in the room. In general, a normal budget hotel. We recommend it!

We decided to walk around the city.
After several hours of festivities, I go up to the room - I see that definitely someone was rummaging, things are not lying like that. I take off my shoes - the carpet is all wet for half the room!
As a result, apparently they gave water, but since their faucet in the shower did not close normally and flowed, and the drain did not work almost completely - everything was flooded.
Up to the 1st floor, until it started dripping at the reception.
That's when they realized, they opened the room.
During the eviction, they threatened the police, took a fine of about 2000 rubles, despite the fact that all the problems were created exclusively by them!🤬

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but if it's hard, they can help carry it. There was no kettle in the room, to numerous requests to bring it by phone, they said yes, we will bring it, but in the end they did not bring it. The staff as a whole does not care, does not try very hard. Breakfast was first said at 6:30, but in the end they allegedly did not have time and opened the dining room at 8:00. It's quite noisy outside the window. I don't plan to stay at this hotel ever again.
