The hotel left a very mixed impression. Upon check-in, we were told that there were technical problems and the electronic key was broken in some of the rooms - which was an obvious lie, because people lived there, and the next day we were checked in at the standard check-in time. From which we concluded that our room was simply occupied. We were checked into a hotel opposite for one night. When we were finally moved the next day, the room turned out to be very small (although we were allegedly given a superior along with the standard as an apology). The breakfasts are mediocre - the choice seems to be large, but not particularly tasty (they were saved by buns with butter and boiled eggs). The most that finished us off was that the windows were somewhere in the courtyard in the wall of the building, and not on the street itself and the paid water in the room... In general, the staff was polite, the room was clean. But because of the current situation, the impression was greatly spoiled, plus the issue of moving and collecting things back and forth.
A good hotel. Great location. Clean, cleaning in the morning every day. Friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable. The windows on the wall of the neighboring lady stopped twice. But it's quiet :-), audibility through the door... For those who care about the view from the window, you are not here. Here the breakfasts have failed. It was better on my first visit about five years ago. You will not stay hungry, but the quality of the dishes is questionable. Otherwise, it is a wonderful hotel.
Great location. It is easy to get from the airport by Hawai'i and tram. Nearby is the gorgeous Gulhane Park, many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a spa area. Normal breakfasts
I do not recommend it. The hotel administration behaved very badly, not humanly. I pre-booked a hotel for 2 adults and 1 small child through booking, and ordered a transfer from them. Arrival late in the evening. The reservation was confirmed. She specified her husband's card details in the order. Payment in cash upon check-in. A day before check-in, a message arrives that this card is not suitable. My messages and calls were ignored. If I cancel the order, I have to pay for the entire stay. On the booking hotline, I managed to find out from the first time that the card should be issued specifically to me, and this is essential for the hotel. On the day of check-in, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, they canceled the reservation without writing to me personally. As a matter of urgency, I had to look for a new hotel and a transfer.
Good location of the hotel, courteous staff. But there is absolutely no sound insulation in the rooms, all the neighbors are very audible + we had a leaky shower in our room, in which water poured in all directions except the right one😁
We lived for 5 days.
The room is dirty, someone's socks were found under the bed. I doubt that anyone cleans there at all.
In the shower, the water does not go away when bathing, after which the entire bathroom is in water.
The door to the balcony does not close tightly, which makes the room cold.
The breakfasts are very meager.
A very good hotel, almost in the heart of Istanbul. I must say right away that we were at the hotel in January 2019. All the main attractions are within walking distance.
Nice rooms. The view from the windows to the courtyard may be disappointing, but I advise you not to dwell on it. We lived in a room with a view of the courtyard, but we were satisfied. The room is small, but there is no discomfort for two people. It's clean, cozy and you can't hear the neighbors (although maybe we were just lucky). The breakfasts were very decent. I don't remember exactly, at 16:00 or 17:00, in the lobby you could drink tea and eat pastries for free. If you want to chat at the reception, you won't be able to speak Russian.
When leaving the hotel, it is better to look around, tram tracks run along the street, and the trams themselves pass very close to the walls of houses. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants around, near the train station, Marmaray (metro to the Asian part of the city) and the embankment with berths. There is a very busy movement of water transport (by the way, it is inexpensive).
This is Istanbul. It is very crowded, crowded in places, but very colorful and beautiful. The hotel was no exception to the general impression of the city. 5 out of 5.
Of the advantages, this is only the location and good breakfasts. Cons: constantly stinks of cigarette smoke, insects in the room, there is no sound insulation.
A cozy family-run hotel, delicious breakfasts, and a simply gorgeous restaurant. Almost all the sights of Istanbul are within a five-minute walk. The only negative thing is that the reception staff does not know Russian
I was on my way to the hotel to celebrate my birthday. I specially booked a room with a French balcony. As a result, on the first day we were put in a room with a view of the wall (one meter from the window). Actually walled up :)). Without a balcony. They didn't warn me, they didn't apologize. They said they would be relocated only the next day. This is a normal practice for Turks. All reservations are confirmed, but there are no necessary rooms. We are ready to understand this and endure it for one day. But... we were not warned, we were not apologized to, the manager did not help us move our things the next day. There are no bathrobes in the rooms (although it is written on the website). The hotel managers are not helping to solve the problems. There was no compensation for one day in the disgusting room (at least a compliment, a plate of fruit, etc. - they did not provide, they did not congratulate you on your birthday. Although our guide, who helped solve the problem with the room. I told them about it). It is a pity that the management is bad. And the hotel itself is very pleasant. Good, normal breakfasts, clean, beautiful. A delicious restaurant on the top with a beautiful view. Even the trams passing below added flavor to the city. A great location. I recommend it, but consider the manager. They don't speak Russian. Although there are many Russians.

The location of the hotel is good, a 10-minute walk, and you are already at Sultan Ahmed Square. The street is very busy, there are many shops and cafes.
There is a nice restaurant upstairs, with panoramic views, where you can have lunch or dinner.
Of the cons: there are no bathrobes in the rooms, and they are not given out. There is no dental kit either, if you don't ask, they won't bring it to you.
I stopped twice. It is located in a good location. Most of the places worth visiting are within walking distance. Metro and tram are nearby.
The hotel has clean and well-equipped rooms, friendly staff, good breakfasts. No one speaks Russian.
I really liked the hotel for its convenient location! Local attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The attentiveness and friendliness of the entire hotel staff, varied meals, clean and cozy room!
In the very center, but a quiet and cozy place, it's a pity they don't feed. But this is not a problem, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around with delicious coffee and food. I will be happy to come back again
