I'm standing in line at the checkout and looking at something on my mobile. By the way, as a native of Tbilisi, I speak 3 languages and 2 since university. A woman of advanced age of Slavic appearance stands through a man with a bunch of provisions and with pleading intonations in her voice asks the cashier to accept payment for groceries from the cashier - a young, boorish, self-confident guy. She is trying to pay with a card, but not knowing the language, does not understand what to do and why the payment does not go through! The cashier stands with a snide expression on his face and just keeps silent, but the queue keeps adding up and everyone is waiting meekly.... I somehow missed the situation and was busy reading SMS messages on my mobile, but I captured some scenes of the incident with my peripheral vision, but did not react (this sometimes happens, you see some pictures, but the brain does not send a command to action, because it is switched to something else..) As a result, there was a man in the queue who explained to the unfortunate lady how to pay. I came up to the cash register. For some reason, the cashier decided that he had found an ally and supporter in me and proudly declared: HERE I KNOW THE LANGUAGE OF THIS LADY, but I DID NOT HELP ON PURPOSE! I HATE "THEM"! It serves them right!!! Let her roll back to where she came from and winked at me. Then I realized that I had missed the whole scene and, of course, popularly explained in literate Georgian to the young man, terribly pleased with his disgusting act, that he was WRONG!!! His job is to serve customers, not to incite ethnic strife!!!! And, by the way, I reminded you about the criminal liability under the article! The queue silently listened to our dialogue, but did not join the debate!
Of course, it was disgusting and terribly ashamed of this young man's command.... I think the management of the network needs to work with the staff and punish with rubles for such antics!
