Every time I stay here, I’m reminded I love traveling for work. Best views, staff and amenities. I have come several times with no booking, late after traveling and the staff is the most helpful I have yet to encounter in Tbilisi. Plus the kitchens’ are always stocked with healthy goodies and the interiors are gorgeous. Also the toiletries smell amazing.

I stay in hotels weekly, usually at another chain…however I may now switch! I stayed for a week and had the best sleep for a long time. Comfortable bed, good pillows and a quiet room at a great temperature. Fantastic location, central and close to other amenities. Hotel Food offering is very basic though, but don’t let that put you off…lots to see&eat close by.

We were only here for a quick stop on the way for cheer competitions, but the room was huge and very well maintained, beds were perfect and the shower hot. Stepped outside to leave in the morning and was greeted with an awesome view of the high ropes course, park Rike and president building! Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

The location was perfect within walking distance of everything. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper on our floor remembered the second day I had coffee and put extra in our room. Would definitely stay there again

The staff are always courteous and very accommodating. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and the put the customers first. The rooms are all spacious and clean and the included bidet are a revelation. The hotel is well located and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

We stayed at Orden Apart for 4 months and it was perfect! The staff is friendly and helpful. The management team is supportive and accommodating. The building is well maintained, very clean. Orden Apart was exactly the solution we needed while we were waiting to move into a new house and we highly recommend it!

We went for dinner here and the food was delicious!
The service was great and our waiter was very helpful on choices for food and drinks. It was so romantic I could quite happily eat from this view forever.

Wonderful experience! The team was so helpful throughout and always there to answer any questions. Move-in day went off without a hitch and we felt truly welcomed into our new home

I really liked the hotel, the location in the historical center is close to all the sights. We checked in earlier than the scheduled time, and the room level was also increased. Special thanks to the technician, who responded to the complaint about the non-working refrigerator with understanding and brought a new refrigerator 10 minutes later. A very attentive person and employee. The room is very clean, slippers, bathrobes, shampoo, gel, conditioner, soap were replenished every day. Daily high-quality cleaning. The breakfasts are very tasty, everything you need, the girl in the kitchen is very pleasant and helpful, she individually brought scrambled eggs, coffee in a turk, lemon. We will be happy to come again.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but the experience is great! It's cozy, the terrace is beautiful, the view of the city opens! The breakfasts are good, as well as the coffee shop downstairs. The rooms smell delicious, and I was also pleased with the balcony. The hotel staff came to meet us and instead of the first floor we lived on the third. You can also leave your suitcases in a separate room when you check out.

Great hotel. In the old town. The hotel is a couple of years old, fresh, standing in the courtyard, quiet, cozy. A good price tag for this location. Two buildings. On the roof of one there is a large area with tables, sofas and a panoramic view of the city. Many iconic places are 5-10 minutes away on foot. It is very conveniently located. There is even an underground parking lot, though for a couple of small cars. I drove in with mine once, drove out with difficulty and then parked on the street in front of the hotel. I consider it an option to stay here on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel from 21.03 to 25.03 on the recommendation of friends and did not lose out. We booked directly, without prepayment, the managers are competent and polite: both Vladimir and Eric are wonderful, responsive, ready to solve any issue. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. A delicious breakfast in the hotel cafe. The location is good-the main attractions of the city are within walking distance. In general, recommend👍

Many thanks to the hotel staff, manager Ilona, administrator Vladimir and other guys, and all the service staff for a warm, kind, attentive welcome. The hotel is clean, new, the location is great, all the beauties of Tbilisi are within walking distance, we did not use transport, we walked only on foot. And after long walks under the hot sun, a cool clean room was waiting for us. We rested both soul and body. The hotel has its own underground parking, delicious breakfasts, a large and varied selection. We recommend it to everyone. Thanks again!

Just a great hotel for your money. The rooms are freshly renovated, neat and clean, cleaned every day, very friendly staff.
Close location to the old town and all the main attractions. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. There are two convenience stores near the hotel. A large number of places where you can eat.
The breakfasts are not very diverse, but there is a lot to choose from (standard omelette, porridge, sausages, vegetables, pancakes, cheese and sausage cuts, homemade pastries)
The airport is 20-25 minutes away by taxi.
If we come to Tbilisi again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Good Wi-fi.
Separately, we would like to thank the chef, who personally comes out to the guests for breakfast, clarifies whether they liked everything. A very pleasant, friendly woman. She cooks very well!!!

Excellent and spacious apartment , everything is there: hair dryer, iron, kitchen, everything is clean👌
comfortable check-in, arrived early, suggested where you can have lunch)
The light bulb in the small lamp burned out, in the evening we only saw it, everything was replaced immediately, the location is also good, 10-15 minutes to the center, the view from the window is wonderful))

Huge, bright, clean apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of Tbilisi. Attentive staff, requests were resolved. There is only one bathroom mirror in the room, if there are a lot of girls traveling, then there are not enough at all. Location in the Armenian quarter, 20 minutes walk to the old town.

We express our great gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood is created. I liked the design of the studio apartments and public areas. Beautiful and stylish. The patio is very cozy and quiet. The location of the hotel is convenient. Near the old town, 7-10 minutes walk to the center. If you go up the street, you can get to the Trinity Cathedral.

The hotel itself is new- a couple of years. It consists of 2 parts: apartments and a building with hotel rooms (in the building where the reception is). The location of the hotel is very good. A little away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time you look from the balcony and you are like on the streets of Istanbul :)). The restaurant "dom Khinkali" is located very close - a variety of dishes, with a fairly large menu and some of the cheapest prices. Near the market with products, spark markets, etc. We really liked the apartments. A large balcony overlooking the streets, the design is all in white. It looks great, everything is new.

Great apartment hotel! We rented an apartment in August. The location allows you to be at the church or at the subway in 5 minutes, it depends which way you go. A room with a kitchen, it has all the necessary accessories, for cooking breakfasts and dinners, unfortunately there was no corkscrew, I had to buy and leave it there. There is a balcony, but it is too hot to be on it, the air conditioning in the room works perfectly! The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable. The hotel is quiet, not noisy. TV with YouTube, we put on our favorite TV series and watched over snacks and dinners. The bathroom is fine, clean, comfortable, functional. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Great hotel! The room is large and clean. Towels and hygiene kits were changed every day. The only downside is that there are no towel hooks in the shower.
The hotel staff is wonderful, they speak Russian.
There is an underground parking.
The hotel was not immediately found because Yandex navigator leads to a dead-end alley, and the hotel is located on the side of the coffee shop.

The hotel building and courtyard are very pleasant and cozy. I didn 't like the numbers themselves . The feeling of dampness is like in a basement, and the biggest disadvantage is the bed linen. Thin synthetic and old. Clean though it is. Still, I want crisp, dense and fresh linen in the hotel.
And they also gave a room for people with disabilities . It's not very convenient to use such a high toilet bowl.. And surprisingly, there was not a single tea bag in the room! I wanted to drink a cup of tea in the evening. Even the receptionist could barely find it . I would have known, I would have bought it)

The hotel served as an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. It was nice to sit in the lobby, they treat you to lemonade with ice, which is always available, you can watch TV, play games (a special plus if you are with children). The rating is 5 out of 5!

The hotel also has apartments. It's a great apartment building and the staff is amazing and very helpful. They respond to any requests for additional repairs in an extremely timely manner, and live here feeling safe. There is everything necessary for life, so the cleaning service also cleans the apartment. It's amazing!

A new hotel. Clean, cozy. The only disadvantage is that all the windows overlook the courtyard of the hotel in which someone is talking all the time, if the window is open, it is not possible to sleep. Until they disperse, you lie and listen to the whole conversation half the night.
