Friendly and cozy place. All you need around the Kata beach.

A wonderful hotel! The room is modernly equipped, everything is there, cleaning is daily. The staff is polite and smiling. A very decent pool and fitness room, swam almost daily as the sea was restless. The breakfasts are plentiful, there are a lot of dishes, fresh fruits of 5-6 types. Kata beach is a 5-minute walk away, the descent is convenient. Kata Noi Beach is also nearby, but it takes 5 minutes longer to walk. The massage at the hotel is not bad, but with a surcharge of 100 baht. So are the evening cuisine dishes with a margin, probably to pay for musicians - live music! Therefore, preference was given to the restaurant next to it across the street, the cuisine is very decent! Solid 4! I recommend

A hotel with a great location! A 10-minute walk from the beautiful and not so crowded Kata Noi beach! Kata Beach is 5 minutes away.
We booked Deluxe rooms with a sea view! The view was beautiful - you can see both the sea and the mountains! But I wouldn 't book the superiors! There will be no view !
The room itself is spacious and clean! We cleaned efficiently ! The sound insulation is good, the bedding and mattress are excellent, I slept great in the Orchid!
The breakfasts are good, standard for Thailand!
The staff is pleasant.
Regarding the stairs: we lived in the topmost building on the penultimate floor. There is only one very steep and long staircase ! They stopped there to catch their breath😅 It's easy to climb the rest)))
If you go in the hot season, it would be harder to climb, it was really comfortable in December! It didn 't cause any inconvenience !
I love the Kata area - there is a place to walk, lots of cafes, shops, massage parlors, several food markets, one new one, right next to the hotel!

The hotel is cool. Everything is clean, cleaning every day. The territory is green and well maintained. The location is excellent, between two beaches, it takes 10 minutes to walk, those who do not like to walk have transfers from the hotel, several times a day, you can arrive on one, leave on the other. The cooling in the room is excellent, the room is large, comfortable, we were in building 2, above the pool, sea view. The place is quiet, it's the best place to relax. The pool is always clean, there are places. The breakfasts are excellent, there is a bottle of water in the room daily for tea and coffee per person. The hotel is wonderful! We lived in a room with Sea View.
Positive:
- wonderful location, 5 min walk 7/11, 7 min Kata and Kata Noi beaches (went here)
- there is a shuttle service to the beaches at 9 and 11 am
- excellent cleaning (daily change of linen and towels, hygiene devices, dry and wet cleaning)
- new and beautiful rooms, wonderful view, everything you need (bathrobes, kettle, safe, mugs, spoons, soft slippers, water every day, tea/coffee, adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator).
- wonderful staff, everyone greeted us, smiled, tried to help. The staff speaks English well. It felt like home.
- beautiful swimming pool and always well-groomed territory, surrounded by flowers.
- delicious fruits for breakfast (pineapples, passion fruit, melon, watermelons).
- the rooms above have their own parking and a shuttle service from the hotel to the upper rooms (for luggage). We parked our car there, which we rented, and it was just 2 minutes to the room.
- a special person who regulated the traffic around the hotel and helped to "drive in" or "leave", stopping traffic on the road for you. It was very helpful!
- possibility of delivery to the room from the restaurant.
- they decorated our room with flowers when we said we were on a honeymoon. It was very beautiful.
- when we had to go on an excursion, we were packed with a dry snack, it was very tasty.
Minuses:
- a really steep climb (there were 154 steps to our room), which are especially difficult to overcome after breakfast
- not very varied breakfasts, where there was little European food. Most of the breakfast dishes are Thai (spicy curry chicken, noodles, rice in different versions, vegetable mix, etc.). There was no cheese at breakfast, sausages, ham and sausages were tasteless (like soy), butter was more like margarine, there were no yoghurts, porridge (only cereal and oatmeal thoughts). Nevertheless, we found what we liked: there were a lot of vegetables and fresh fruits, pastries (pancakes), as well as scrambled eggs and omelets with fillings. You will not stay hungry, but the choice of non-Thai dishes did not change every day…
- just a little thing: there was no foot wash tap in the upper parking lot and in the upper rooms, all the sand was dragged into the room)
In general, I can safely recommend the hotel! The impression of the rest is only positive, they did not want to leave and even took a souvenir photo with the staff. ❤

Very good hotel in terms of location and quality of the hotel itself, 4 minutes to the beach. I liked everything.
Breakfast in the restaurant: the food is excellent,
fruits of 4-5 kinds, good coffee, tea, waiters take away used dishes on time.
Rooms : we had room 722 with a magnificent view from the corner stained-glass windows to the sea and the village, the furniture was in good condition, the linen and mattress were new, everything was fresh and clean both in the bathroom and in the room, cleaning was daily and with high quality.
Territory: It's not big, but it's well maintained and green.
Staff: polite and helpful guys, working for the result-well done.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is great. The sea is 200 meters away, only a lot of steps. The service is excellent, they will immediately respond to any request. The staff is very friendly and friendly. There are no insects in the rooms, and cleaning is also daily, respectively. There are already 4 large towels: two for the shower, 2 for the pool or the sea, well, and for the face and hands, too, 2. Tea, coffee, water in the room. A wide range of food Thai, European cuisine. We liked the hotel, very cozy,attentive staff, clean every day, delicious and varied breakfasts,there is an order in the room according to the menu, (delicious, large portions), the hotel is beautiful, a good pool, stairs did not bother at all, to the beach of Kata and Kata Noi is about 5-10 minutes, respectively, the only thing that our room had a balcony facing the road, and therefore it was sometimes noisy.I would like to thank the hotel staff for our stay.

The photos of this hotel reflect the best, sometimes strained impression. The pool is clean, but not particularly large, the sea is not very close, the rooms are small, in our case two rooms were connected by a door between them. But there are balconies everywhere, great views, good breakfasts, everything is there, there is always a lot of fruit, everything is compact
The number of steps is different, because it depends on where you will be settled, so there are either a lot or a lot of them)
There is live music on the veranda in the evenings, but the prices are quite high.
There is a two-storey building nearby, excellent massage.

One of the best hotels we have visited in Thailand. Everything is fine in it, rooms, service, unobtrusive but good service, room cleaning, comfortable bed, uninterrupted water supply (both hot and cold). I can't say anything about breakfast, because we took accommodation without food. A good location between two picturesque beaches. The only point is that the hotel is located on a mountain, for some it may be a disadvantage. You probably shouldn't come here with small children, it will be hard.

I liked the location of the hotel, between my two favorite beaches, Kata and Kata Noi. Both can be reached on foot from the hotel. The hotel itself has excellent rooms, everything is clean, comfortable, and very comfortable beds (which is a huge plus for me). The breakfasts are excellent, everything is delicious, varied, and there is a huge selection of fruits. We didn't use the pool and gym, I can't estimate it. One caveat - stairs))) but they didn't scare us.

I really liked the variety of breakfasts, the pool is conveniently located. The sea is actually 200 m away. The hotel is located on a hill, which can save you from a tsunami and, in general, the ascent to the thaw is good for your health. If desired, you can have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. I liked the hotel very much, clean, cozy, everything is nearby, 5 minutes from the sea from the slide. One minus is the stairs, the hotel is on a hill, but you can walk to two beaches, it takes 10 minutes to go to Kata Noi. The room was large and had a magnificent view of the sea and the pool. The breakfasts are hearty, the meat is not enough. And the rest is delicious. In the evening, you can sit in the cafe at the hotel or order a meal in the room. There is a pool bar, you can buy drinks and coconut.

Well, what can I say? This is a comfort zone!!! Great hotel! Comfort in everything! I recommend it!Rooms,cafe,restaurant,massage parlor,swimming pool. The view from the window, it's a bomb!! Especially when you arrive at night, and in the morning you go out on the balcony and realize that you are in paradise! The breakfasts are very varied, except for porridge.The massage salon is a complete relaxation!!

We have been staying at this hotel since August 3, 2024 for two weeks with a break for a two-day excursion to the islands. The hotel corresponds to the reviews on YouTube and on Yandex. The accommodation is quite comfortable. We lived in the 4th building, next to the reception and the pool. The room is standard as everywhere else, the central air conditioner copes well, cleaning is daily. The refrigerator is small, as everywhere, we had enough) the breakfasts are not bad, it is enough before lunch) very good coffee in coffee machines. The pool is very warm, there were always enough places for everyone. There were British, Germans, Chinese, but most of all Russians. The location of the hotel is good, 3 minutes to the beach, a cafe across the street, we had lunch there or in a cafe with Russian food - Hottabych and Gagarin. Borscht is more interesting in Gagarin) There is a good tsar in Hottabych-chebureks and chicken hearts with mashed potatoes. Although it was out of season, there was almost no rain, the wave was moderate. We are satisfied with the rest, taking into account the price of 90 tr for two weeks.

But when you're sawing up the steps after the heat on the beach or excursions, you want to swear. Before that, we had a rest at Shugar Marina, a 5-minute walk from the Orchid - it was wonderful! And so, about the Orchid. The breakfasts are modest, but you will not stay hungry. Of course, there are no oatmeal. Instead, rice porridge (semi-soup) with chicken, necessarily some soup broth (miso, tofu or chicken broth), curry, stewed vegetables, rice, noodles, fried potatoes, omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs. Don't expect any cheese or cold cuts - it's Thai. A kind of sausage and fried bacon. Sliced vegetables, greens. You can make muesli with milk or yogurt, toast. Some pastries, tea, coffee, chemical pseudo juices. Fruits: watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, rarely papaya or passion fruit. The green curry is very tasty! But! The sockets are normal. In general, everything is normal, but the steps… A decent pool. The prices at the bar are unreasonably atomic for Ty. The employee did not know, I paid - I had to return the money to the card - there was no massage master. I didn't bother anymore - I went to the spa opposite. We stayed at this hotel from July 16 to 23, we were very lucky with the weather, there was no rain, only at night 1 time. The hotel is really located on a hill and a decent number of steps, but it didn't bother us at all, and at check-out, the hotel staff with suitcases, of course, will help.
More about the hotel: the rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, cleaning every day. There is everything you need, but I still recommend taking with you: toothpaste, conditioner or a hair mask, because the dental kit will be given 1 time and there will not be enough paste for the entire period of stay.
As for breakfast. I did not understand the indignation of other tourists that they were scarce, everything suited us, especially the variety of fruits! I have been to many places and categories, the choice of dishes is quite diverse, everyone will be able to find their favorite dishes. The hotel also gives pleasant bonuses to their restaurant upon arrival, we have been there 3 times, very tasty food, excellent service, nice and friendly staff.
The hotel is located between two beaches within walking distance, we liked Kata Noi, it is wilder and there are fewer people there. The sea is warm and clean! Just love …
If we go to Phuket again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Excellent service for your money. We lived upstairs. We climbed 98 steps with our own feet without any problems. Guests can actually be taken from the reception to the top floor by car. However, there is an idea that those who cannot climb stairs will not be able to climb into the back of a tuk-tuk. The breakfast menu is the same every day. But the beach is a 5-minute walk away. No music or "Tagil rules"-style farce. Decent audience from Europe and Russia. In the evening, a local "chansonnier" played and sang on the restaurant grounds. He has problems with Russian: Boyarsky's "Green-eyed taxi" was identified only by the chorus of "Ah-ah-ah." And even the Swedes and Danes laughed at the "Dead battery".

It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beaches, but it's under / downhill, there is a height difference of 100 meters, there are no elevators, everything is on ladders, they can take you from the hotel, but who needs it :)? In the restaurant, beer at a price like ours of almost 600 b for 3 liters, their beer, well, the food is expensive and not very much, their Tom Jan is sour, in a cafe nearby it tastes better. We reviewed all available reviews before purchasing...But! No one wrote that the standard rooms don't just go out, they run into the street, where traffic roars down a steep hill!!! Unbelievable!!!, terribly loud!!! Nothing can drown out these sounds!!! Our operator Fun@Sun first proved to us that "the hotel is located at a sufficient distance from the road"....they sent him a video, promised that maybe someday they would be able to move us...In general, we sleep off on the beach, by the pool....that's a vacation from Orhidasea... The staff tries their best, the cleaning is perfect, the pool is clean, and the breakfasts are good. We stayed at this hotel from January 7 to January 17, 2024, together with friends. We took rooms with a sea view, I highly recommend it! I really liked the hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Basically solid 4 stars! The breakfasts at the hotel are varied and hearty, so you definitely won't stay hungry. But this is not a 5-star hotel, so you can not count on freshly squeezed juices, champagne, or Illy coffee. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel (dinner), in principle it is fine, but nothing special, i.e. if you do not want to go “to the city” to have dinner, then you can also at the hotel. We took cocktails at the bar, it is quite tolerable, but this is certainly not like in Europe, Russia, or expensive hotels in Turkey. You can drink, but it doesn't taste classic (mojito, Mai tai, etc.). The best cocktails are made in the fish restaurant Food Market Kata, which is in front of the Indian restaurant. The hotel is located in the middle between Kata and Kata Noi beaches. There were both there and there. I liked Kata much more (it's easier to walk, more entertainment and cheaper at a price), although there are much more people on it. I recommend changing the currency in the exchanger next to the Street Food Market, there is always the most profitable rate, in the exchanger next to the hotel the rate is much lower!

We have been there 2 times already, a very good hotel with the location, within walking distance of 2 beaches. The hotel itself is good, but the breakfasts are very monotonous and not very tasty, they need to tighten them up. I really liked the restaurant when we were there for the first time, but the food was not very good for the 2nd time. We visited this hotel in April 2024, a traditional Thai-style hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but the staff does everything possible to make your stay at the hotel pleasant. Of the minuses, meager breakfasts (on the plus side, you can note the presence of at least 6 types of seasonal fruits: watermelon, papaya, dragon fruit, cantaloupe, pineapple), but you definitely won't stay hungry. The daily cleaning of the rooms was carried out well. Of the disadvantages by numbers, there are no elevators, very strong audibility, our building was close to the road, so we got used to extraneous noise at night for more than 3 days.

I stayed at this hotel in early January 2024.In general, everything is fine, a little tired of the large number of steps to return to the room.But this was often solved thanks to the shuttle that brought them up.The staff is very friendly.The hotel is very close to the sea, near supermarkets, massage parlors, cafes, etc.The breakfasts are not very varied, but no one will leave hungry.I really liked that there was a very large selection of fruits.I would return to this hotel again if I checked in on the lower floors.The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need.The bed is very comfortable and huge.Towels were changed daily.The room has a magnificent view of the sea.

Let's start with the fact that we did not go to this hotel at all))) There are two Orchids in Phuket, and for some reason I was sure that I was going to another one))))) with our number of trips))) The hotel is small, there is practically no territory. But at the same time very sincere. Lots of flowers and greenery, birds. There is only one pool, small and completely in the sun, but we got used to it, we took sun beds in the shade, plus there are umbrellas. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, so no one takes the sun beds in advance))) There is a good bar by the pool, you can take ice cream, cocktails, the rooms are large, beautiful panoramic views. The rooms are cleaned well, linen is changed every three days. Breakfast is standard for Ty. Juices are not juices, but we have been to Thailand many times, including in expensive hotels - everywhere. Anyone can eat enough. There are eggs, omelets, sausages, ham, cereals, pastries. My favorite noodles are "Pad Thai") coffee, tea and lots of fresh fruits. Tut-tuk takes you to the beach four times a day, but it's not difficult to walk for five minutes at all. Exchangers with the best exchange rate in the beach area, there are also a million shops, pharmacies, cafes. I liked the restaurant in the hotel, for guests with good discounts. Everyone is very friendly. Thresholds - there are many of them, there is no way without them. At first it was hard, then we got involved. The departure from the hotel spoiled the mood a little. Despite the fact that the bus to the airport was waiting for us, the employee began to look through the towels, it is indicative to wash the existing stains. We are very careful, don't think about it))) after that, he refused to accept the room, demanded payment for two towels of 700 baht, then gave up to one - 350 baht) unpleasant of course. Despite the towel we bought)))), they didn't give it to us, probably put the money in his pocket. Well, anyway, on vacation, the main thing is positive and good mood.

There are already 4 large towels: two for the shower, 2 for the pool or the sea, well, and for the face and hands, too, 2. Tea, coffee, water in the room. Geolocation is very good: on the one hand, Kata Noi beach (transfer from the hotel), it's just a pity that in one direction, on the other Kata Yai. There is a 7 store 2 steps away. Note to those who will be accommodated on the top floor, transfer to the room. We went up on foot for the first two days, it blurred the impression of the hotel a little, and then I remembered that there is a tuk tuk for this at the hotel. That's where everything changed. We had a view of the ocean and palm trees with coconuts, it was a blast!!! We had small houses with two balconies! From the main balcony, a huge Buddha could be seen on the mountain, looking at her the whole vacation, we went on an excursion to see her😃👍The rooms were cleaned every day, but we always had cleanliness and cleaning was not required every day. They gave out clean towels every day, two bottles of water, tea, coffee. Thank you for cleaning the service! Just well done! Forgot the password from the safe once, called the reception, the master came right away, opened everything, set a new password, thanks to the reception and staff for the fast service!
