I managed to pick up my first car, the managers quickly helped me decide on the choice and arrange my beauty. We slowed down a little in the PSC, which is why I left the salon just before closing, but the result covered all the inconveniences. Thank you Orbis for fulfilling your dream❤
Well done , they came up with a great idea for people , everything is captured , it is clear that they are trying to give special thanks to a guy named Olzhas for the third time through him , I am very happy. Keep it up !!!
I will leave an honest review, without exaggeration.
I chose a car from the wheels website. I really liked the photo. I came to the salon, met Anelya's manager, by the way, no complaints about her, examined the car. Outwardly everything is great, technically they also assured that everything is wonderful. Due to the fact that the car has summer tires and there was no state license plate at that time, I decided to take a ride on the territory. In general, everything is fine, I make an advance payment, go to the bank, pay the rest of the amount. The next day I picked it up only in the evening, they said that it was necessary to do pre-sale preparation. On the way out of the car dealership, extraneous noises, buzzing, knocking began to come out. I'm not a locksmith and I can't determine what exactly is wrong with the car, but the faulty car was on the face. The next day it snowed heavily and the car stood on a guarded parking lot under the cameras for 5 days, until the roads dried up a little. After that, I decided to go to the service station to check what is buzzing and knocking. I drove about 3 km from the parking lot and my front wheel stupidly falls off. It's a good thing it didn't fly into the oncoming lane. But it's not pleasant, the wheel went between the brake disc and the wing, thereby damaging the wing itself. To my surprise, the front right wheel, which did not fall off, was screwed on two nuts. It's just a tin. I immediately started calling Orbis, telling them about my problem. I was told that it is legally difficult to prove something whose fault it is. Even though I looked at the surveillance cameras and they show that no one tried to twist the wheels, as they told me in orbis. But that's half the trouble. The hum I wrote about above comes from the automatic transmission. I already found out the next day, through diagnostics on the service. I was told that repair of the automatic transmission and transfer case is required. I contacted orbis again with a problem to help solve the issue. Aniela wanted to arrange a meeting with the manager of Orbis on Merukra. His name is Anatoly, to me he is an inadequate person who does not know elementary, comparative ethics. I don't know who appointed him to a senior position at all. He did not greet me as a client, did not even get up from his chair and did not look in my direction, but simply rudely shouted at Aniela that he was busy and had no time. Well, yes, Mr. Anatoly, the money has been received from the client and now you have no time. I was transferred to another employee, his name is Dulat, a completely normal guy, was able to explain something clearly. It turned out that my automatic transmission had allegedly been repaired earlier and it is still under warranty. That it is necessary to go to the one who did it. But the "specialist" excused himself that he did not have a lift, that he had to look for it and then he would check everything and eliminate it. The kicking continued for several days. What does he talk about with such people who earn a lot of money and at the same time do not repair anything. I personally am afraid to turn to such people.
As a result, it was decided to repair the automatic transmission and transfer case for their own money. And this is not a little more than 1.7 million tenge. I really hope that my review will help potential buyers change their minds about orbis in general and not make my mistakes. Before entering into an agreement with Orbis, I advise you to contact third-party specialists to check the car and not rely on the technical inspection card and even more so "specialists" who do pre-sales and cannot screw the wheels into place. Orbis is only interested in your money. They won't give a damn about your problems, which will be their fault.
