It took a long time to find out. They responded to the third appeal. Then it turned out that my bonuses have been burning out since 2021. Why haven't they been used before. By the way, I've only seen the new personal manager once. He's sick or on a day off. There have never been such cases before. And I've already been 10 times since the beginning of the year. In April, I was on a personal visit. The last case actually killed. I arrived, but they won't let me into the salon for half an hour. Manager Vladimir said that after 18 o'clock the car is not allowed. And I was booked for 6.30 pm. I stood in front of the gate for half an hour, honking my horn. Uselessly. I just had to change the wheels. Summer tires on wooden boards are stored in the cabin. It's half an hour. I sat for two hours. When submitting the application, I asked to check the fasteners on the mudguards, as there was a violation of the fasteners. . As a result, the self-tapping screws were still missing on the two mudguards. Vladimir initially refused to accept the car, he took the car himself, Vladimir gave it out. He confirmed that the order included an application for an audit of the mudguard fasteners. And he also made sure that the fasteners in two were missing. But I couldn't explain anything. He said it was already 8.30 pm and there was no mechanic.

That is, they do not give me a guarantee for the entire car, but only selectively, as it turned out in the case, it turns out that a defective belt is installed at the factory (causing me inconvenience), and when I arrive they charge me for diagnostics and offer to purchase a belt and replace it for a fee!
But the song does not end there, after THAT, a day later, I look at the dipstick and the oil on it is above the MAXIMUM, after which the oil seals on the engine can squeeze out, I returned and the oil was pumped out! Well, if the oil seal suddenly squeezes out and I contact the Toyota Center FOR WARRANTY, what will they tell me? Right! The oil seal is rubber and there is no guarantee, again pay for diagnostics, for the oil seal and for replacing the oil seal ! ! !
