A beautiful complex of three buildings on the Black Sea coast. The room was on the 38th floor, with a beautiful view of the sea, the city, and the mountains from the balcony. The room (standard) is new, clean, spacious, everything you need is in the room. You can park your car across the street for free. Cafes, restaurants, shops are within walking distance. In the evening, the hotel buildings and fountains shimmer with different colors to the music. It's impressive. The cost of accommodation for May, 2023 is more than affordable. I recommend.

A modern apartment hotel. Clean, cozy.
But keep in mind that from about 11 to 13.30 the elevators are overloaded. From the middle floor, you can not leave for 20-30 minutes.The view from the windows is amazing, but at night the music is booming, however, as everywhere on the first line. The sea is 3 minutes away. Very convenient. Mosquitoes in the lobby of the 1st floor- which surprised me very much. Well, as in all of Batumi, there is a construction site nearby.

On the plus side: close to the sea, wonderful view from the window, the room has everything you need.
Cons: there are a lot of construction sites around the hotel, it is dirty, there is terrible audibility inside, because of the high traffic, the rooms are already "tired", there are 71 rooms and 52 floors on the floor, 2 elevator halls with 6 elevators, it is not possible to wait for an elevator during rush hours. There is an institution under the windows in which music screams until 3 a.m. and it can be heard even through the double-glazed windows..

Don't get fooled by the pretty picture, it's a disgusting place. The staff works terribly, and there are more people living in the towers than the elevators can take away. Because of the construction site, only one entrance to the entire building works - it's chaos and a nightmare, stink and construction all around.
