Terrible booking experience. Booked through booking.com only to discover that the hotel doesn't actually own the apartment and its owner already leased it to someone.

We had a vacation in October with a child. The view from the room is excellent, the panorama: mountains, sea, city. Nearby there is everything you need for recreation: convenience stores, a pharmacy, a mini market, exchange offices. 5 minutes to the Grand Mall shopping center, many cafes and restaurants.There is a high-speed elevator in the building. The only negative is that the rooms already require cosmetic repairs, the owner of the private apartments does not monitor the cleaning (stains on the windows, stains on the walls, even on the air conditioner), They do not clean the rooms and another unpleasant moment: in windy weather, due to the lack of a local extractor hood in the bathroom, the smell of sewage. At night, music from restaurants can be heard through double-glazed windows until 3 a.m. For holidays with children, there is a problem with falling asleep. The weather in early October was excellent: warm sea, delicious cuisine, Batumi is a beautiful modern city with a combination of antiquity and traditions.
