There are 54 floors and 8-9 working elevators out of 12. There are a lot of people. From floor 10-25, you can not go down until 30-40 minutes during rush hour, the elevators just don't stop, they are packed. And most importantly, it is better not to swim in the sea on the contrary, you can get sick, the locals themselves warn. We were sick for 3 days, nausea, fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea. Only bottled water was used. At night until late at night, shouts, music, fireworks. There is a construction site nearby, narrow passages along the houses.
The car cannot be parked in city parking lots, everything is clogged or blocked by those who take extra money for parking.
The booking at the booking was with cash, we and others were deceived - they said that these were incorrect prices and everything was much more expensive, while they confirmed the reservation themselves. Someone was indignant and they were told that there were no numbers. Don't mess with room 2743! They will tell you that they have something blocked there and the prices are wrong. They can cheat with parking! The room was broken, there was a spare ceiling lamp on the floor next to the broken one, the bathroom cabinet was broken off, cracks in the tile, everything was scratched, the sheets burned with cigarettes. Someone burned a chair with an iron.
The rooms are basically good. But there are a lot of people there and the elevator waited 20 minutes every time, and when it arrived it was full.We went up first to the 40th floor with everyone, then to the 1st (stopping on all floors literally, because everyone was called). The rooms are not cleaned at all, they had to do everything themselves.Bed linen for the third bed (there was a sofa) was not brought, they only asked a random cleaner and she brought it in, they also made everything themselves.I will not check into this hotel anymore. And I don't advise you!!
This is not a hotel, but an apartment hotel, where there are thousands of different owners, so as you are lucky, I chose where to live in fact out of five rooms and chose the most convenient one for me. Of course, there is no such thing in the season. In general, the complex is built with high quality (only unfinished), the rooms have good furniture, mattresses, etc., comfortable. It is dirty and crowded around the complex, sometimes the sewer flows right down the street when the pumps fail
It's just terrible!!! They came by booking from the Booking Office, but they don't even know about us. They told me to call a number that doesn't work, I asked them to put us in another room, to which they told me that they no longer have places. In general, a vacation is ahead, and we are homeless, we booked 2 months in advance!!!! I am shocked, I really hope that we will find a place to live
We scolded the room at the infamous booking, already on the day of arrival, with direct payment it became clear that the room was not 110 GEL as the website said, and not even 130 GEL as the "owner" told us, but 140, there is nothing to do, we paid." It seems like a decent place," we thought , but the problems were revealed later.
I was immediately confused by the dirt on the streets in front of the building , the non-working and buggy elevators, people smoking indoors, to whom ozrana did not bother to make the slightest remark.
When we checked into the room, we found the cleaner there, waited for 15 minutes until she finished her work. As a result, she did not finish anything, the floors are in the sand, the dishes are stained, the toilet is a separate story, they did everything themselves.
After a couple of hours, having rested from the trip, we decided to take a walk. The door handle has fallen off, and the door literally rests on the floor, closes and opens with effort.
The curtain fell off, these heavy machines are held on plastic hooks, the fasteners literally cannot withstand the weight of the curtains and the slightest contact with them will cost you a breakdown.
The mattress is stained (from wine?..okay, and we didn't sleep on this one), but a duvet cover.... the first night we slept covered with naked blankets , the benefit of a blanket
The sound insulation also let us down, the sounds of the sea are good, but they are supplemented by the sounds of construction, hanging out on the street (we have the 39th floor), sometimes neighbors (we were lucky, no one lived in the rooms next to us for most of the stay)
I recommend it for a couple of nights, no more...
We rented apartments through booking. Inexpensive and very spacious. The view from the height is very cool. The rooms have everything.
But there is one big BUT for which I will take off the star - there is no normal parking. All the hotels that have been built do not have their own parking lots! Put the car only in courtyards or on the road - there is no other option
The organization itself is impressive, but the nuances spoil everything. There is no promised parking. There was no sea view, although it was promised. I don't need anything, but it's still a shame, they cheated. A giant apartment hotel with 4 buildings could have been better prepared for the reception of guests or at least not misleading.
Bonus on the photo, what is it? Gender? No, the ceiling is in the room.
She lived in block D in two different rooms. Once on the eighth floor, another time on the 15th. I booked at the Booking Office. The rooms fully matched the description. There was everything for living. There is a washing machine in both apartments. A spacious bed with clean linen. The air conditioners worked perfectly. There were clothes dryers. The electric stove is serviceable. From the dishes, a frying pan, glasses, plates, knives, forks, spoons. There was a microwave in one room. The view is very beautiful of the mountains, the sea, the city. In one room, the water in the bathroom did not drain well. Everything is available nearby. Shops, cafes, bus stop. 20-25 minutes walk to the center
The photos are beautiful, and there are a lot of questions about everything else. The building is new, but already on some floors there are no tiles on the floor. There is a damp smell coming from the bathroom. The dishes that were in the apartment are dirty. The Wi-Fi in my room was fixed after 3 days.
We stayed for 3 days in one of the rooms.
The impressions were not the best.
Check-in is strictly after 15:00. It is impossible until this time, the rooms are supposedly being prepared for arrival. And that's where the fun begins.
Preparing for what?
Our room was dirty! Hair all over the room, dirty bathroom, burnt furniture... In 3 days, no one hurried to the room and cleaned up.
The furniture is partially broken. In the end, the handle from the front door broke altogether…
In general, these skyscrapers are a little over 4 years old, and they are already decently polluted.
The balcony was open, and you need to be careful, at least not to leave any things. Cigarette butts flew in a couple of times. There is already a question for the "neighbors", why piggyback…
There is only one construction site around, from morning to evening it is impossible to open the balcony, because you will not hear anything except slotting there.
Plus, perhaps, there was still. One. Sea view from the room. That's all. And all this beauty for 150 GEL per day. At the current rate, not so little.

For a week's stay out of season, it's quite good. The price-quality ratio is adequate. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place, then most likely you will not like it.
Great hotel. I was in it for 2 weeks. Everything is great. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, stove, shower) 24th floor, beautiful view of Orbie city and the sea!
The external picture does not match the content! To begin with, there are 6 elevators on more than 50 floors, of which only 4 work.
The room was taken panoramic on the 24th floor. There was no cleaning before arrival from the word at all!
Opening the door, the stench of tobacco hit my nose. The floors were so "clean" that my feet became blacker than coal after 5 minutes of walking. The reception refused to change the room and clean the room. They said - leave the doors open, let it air out
The place is certainly beautiful, but there is a but! There are many disadvantages in my room.Namely 1. The air conditioner did not work for heating. 2. The hose on the machine is leaking. 3. There were two towels, one of them was obviously used and thrown on a chair. 4. Not very clean. But the view is good!))))
The sea view is great! This is the only advantage. The washing machine does not work in the room, the air conditioner hardly works, the room is not cleaned, the linen is not changed, the garbage is not taken out.
I liked the location from the sea, 3 minutes walk away, the rooms are clean, cozy, there is a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, elevators lift very quickly even to the 36th floor.
Number 10 out of 10 I am on the 29th floor and very cool is inexpensive parking at the reception was not interrogated, although usually the passport is interrogated
I lived with a girl for 9 days.
We lived on the 30th floor, and unfortunately that's all the advantages.
And now about the cons:
There was no cleaning, they called asking to clean up, no one came.
Accordingly, no one changed the bed linen, towels, etc.
There are huge queues for the elevator, you wait half a day to go somewhere.
And, in principle, for the price we paid for housing. About nothing.
We had a rest in July 2023. Convenient location, beautiful view, the rooms have everything you need. The only drawback is that the elevators are terribly configured, everyone takes turns going to the same call, as a result, they move VERY slowly.

Boutique hotel in old Tbilisi. Consider the location. It is really located in narrow streets, it is not clear where. However, it turned out to be just a couple of minutes to the square. If you go in the right direction, again. The rooms are great. The decor in the hotel is pleasant. A restaurant with a beautiful view. The rooms have everything you need, of excellent quality. I liked everything. The staff speaks English and Russian. The price is above average. I don't know if I would have gone back there again. Purposefully so that-no.
There is a deception in the description! There is no sea view! The window overlooks the neighboring skyscraper, the sea is visible only from the balcony if you turn your head.
The room was once beautiful, but now it is very, very shabby. Curtain rods are broken, dirty curtains hang somehow. There are dried red spots on the base of the bed, either wine or something worse. Almost everything is broken in the bathroom: a makeup mirror, a flush button in the toilet, a towel rack, a washcloth stand in the shower, a shower watering can… And all this broken stuff is right there in the locker.
There is no washing machine from the description in the room, only shampoo and a piece of soap from the cosmetics. There's only one towel, a big one. There are no slippers. There is a kitchen, but there are not enough dishes even for two.
It's very noisy! There is a construction site under the windows from all sides. Windows let in noise, cold and light from neighboring buildings, curtains do not protect. The doors are thin, there is a gap of 3 centimeters under them, there is no sound insulation, the whole floor hears the moans of the neighbors.
The booking has a high rating, as these scoundrels rewrite your PIN code from the booking confirmation upon check-in, and then write a ten-point review instead of the guest!!!
Construction is going on around the building, building materials are being lifted right outside the windows all day, and there is an operating concrete plant behind the building. Every night, you can hear some screams from the street and cars honking constantly. Of the 12 elevators, 6 are working at most, the queue for the elevator can take 15-20 minutes, it is also very long to climb to your floor with all stops.
In addition to these inconveniences, unfortunately, I was faced with the complete indifference of the reception staff to the convenience of the guests. I lived in the apartment for 2 weeks (the reservation was for a whole month) and after that, neighbors moved into the next room, who very loudly sorted things out in the dead of night and smoked a lot on the balcony (unfortunately, this is allowed in Georgia). Because of this, even with the door closed, my bedroom stank like an ashtray, and there were screams and swearing behind the wall. I went down to the reception twice at night and asked to solve the problem. I was told that I should call the police myself if I didn't like something. I asked them to move me to another room, but they couldn't help me with that either, so I had to leave two weeks earlier.
I do not recommend this place.
the hotel is very cool, has everything you need, the view from the window is just a bomb!
Soft beds, clean linen, cleanliness in the rooms and friendly staff!)
I would love to come back
It was dirty in the room , initially they mixed up the rooms and gave us the one that was cheaper, we lived for a day in a room that was cheaper, then apologized and gave the right one, no one returned the difference, breakfast is normal but expensive, better service was expected for such a price
Our friends lived in this building , we always waited for them until they came, and all because you have to wait for the elevator for 20 minutes , we moved in three days
Three people were accommodated in a 2-bed room! ADULTS!@@ The laundry was thrown away, they barely speak Russian!!! When leaving the hotel, they forgot the shopping bag (groceries), right on the sofa near the reception! We returned a couple of hours later, the guards looked at the cameras:)) haha, the workers ate the food with pleasure!!! And how do you like this, hospitality!@@
One building is still under construction, it is very noisy and dusty.
It is better to choose for a comfortable stay building C, well, or B, with a view of S.
At the reception for an additional fee.Luggage can be stored for a fee.
It is inconvenient to live on a construction site. There are too few elevators for such a building, it took a very long time to wait. The quality of the renovation in the apartment leaves much to be desired.
Everything is done in a hurry, something breaks all the time, the electricity goes out any day for at least 5 hours. All they say at the reception is "this is a global problem, we don't know when they will do it." And this can happen absolutely any day
The electronic key for entering the room stops working every 2-3 days. I'm not talking about the construction site from 9 a.m. right under the windows. I do not advise you to go to Orbie City, everything is in one place here
Without taking into account low ceilings, disgusting sound insulation, construction sites around, and sometimes guests of Batumi who drag women behind the wall, for a couple of nights.
New beautiful buildings, but elevators often do not work in the right part and queues line up, plus there is a construction site nearby and it is a little dirty.
At the moment, construction is underway 24/7 around the entire hotel, work did not stop even at night, everything is blocked by construction fences, it is noisy. The balcony was overlooking the sea, but because of the construction noise under the windows, they never went out on the balcony.
