This is the second time in Yerevan and this time we chose this hotel. They didn't regret it. Although it is far from the center, but it is quiet! Very clean! Few people! No one is fussing. The room is cleaned every day! The room is big! Huge! There is a kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, 2 bottles of water are put in every day! You can ask for an iron and a board. We asked for a second blanket. Everyone gives! We had a room with a view of Ararat. The breakfasts are not bad! Everything is there - delicious local sausage, fruits, vegetables, salads! From the hot to choose noodles / rice / buckwheat / omelet + always boiled eggs + sausages. Tea and coffee! According to my muesli (but I'm not sure, we don't eat it)! Baking! Homemade! Yes, it's not all inclusive Turkish, but everything is basic to have breakfast. We were full!
I advise you!!!!
Excellent hotel, very close to the center, if necessary - near the metro!
Delicious breakfasts, a view from the window of Ararat-you will rock!!!, clean, neat, European)
Thank you, I really liked your place!!!
The best hotel and the best service!
Room cleaning every day;
Breakfast - fruits, vegetables, cereals, pastries, muesli, coffee/tea, etc
. Hot and cold water;
The view from the windows of Ararat is a miracle!
Convenient location
We stayed for one night and were satisfied. A cozy room, a comfortable kitchenette with everything you need. Friendly staff, responds quickly to requests. I recommend this hotel
I really liked the hotel, I spent one night there, as I was flying to Moscow with a transfer.It can be seen that the hotel is new, everything is very neat and clean.It feels like the staff cares about the customers: a small set of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, two bottles of water, a toothbrush with paste, a set of soap, shampoo, shower gel.A very pleasant impression of the hotel!Breakfast was also good: juice, baked eggplant and pepper, sliced, several types of cheeses, butter, milk porridge, sausages, buns.Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality!
Not a bad nice hotel with no excess. In winter, heating is provided by an air conditioner. I can't say anything about cleaning, because I was there for a couple of days and asked not to be disturbed. I checked into a double room alone, a set of towels and bathroom accessories was for two, this was a plus for me.
The breakfast buffet is a little meager: eggs in some form, hot sausages, pancakes (which periodically ran out). Slicing of standard cheeses and sausages, fruits. Some kind of cereal and a couple types of buns. Compote made from local fruits is good.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, towels were changed every day and tea was added, as well as a new bottle of water was put on. Good and almost homemade breakfasts, pleasant music. If you are lucky, the windows of the room may overlook His Majesty Ararat, and even a balcony! The evening after sunset is something!
A new hotel, close to the center and the metro. Clean, good wi-fi, view of Ararat. Pleasant staff, they respond instantly to all requests. There is no private parking, there is a spontaneous one along the street. A moderate breakfast. There are many shops nearby, all within walking distance.
The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is helpful, the rooms are tidy

Great hotel. I will definitely come here again if I am in Yerevan.
Excellent friendly staff, cozy rooms. From some rooms, in good weather, Mount Ararat is visible.
We stayed for a day and a night, we really liked the hotel, the room and the breakfast.

A good hotel, especially liked the cleanliness of the rooms and cleaning every day. Conveniently located, 5 minutes by taxi to the cascade and also 5 minutes on foot to the metro. The only thing is the breakfasts are so-so, very mediocre
Heating - the air conditioner is behind the wall, it makes noise like a tractor, it was turned off at night.
Breakfasts are on the verge of a foul.
The toilet brush was repaired for two days.
There are threads sticking out of the towels.
Ararat was seen from the window in the morning!
