Batumi is a gorgeous green city. And the park of culture is full of flowers and greenery. A great place to relax and go for a walk. There are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Nearby is a wonderful favorite place where they cook awesome pizza and rolls, the restaurant Chakiduli. Pink magnolias are planted all over the street. Especially in spring, all the flowers and trees are fresh and the sea smells.

The hotel is located on the 18th floor of a residential building, near the Metro City. You can't get into the entrance without a chip key, and you can't take the elevator.
Several rooms of different sizes, including bathrooms, some do not have a balcony. Windows facing the sea. There is a construction site nearby, but noises do not interfere. The rooms have a wardrobe, a hanging wardrobe, bedside tables, a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, a wall clock (which is rare), a kettle and a minimum of dishes. Very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom has a shower without a cabin, so if the area is small, then the spray will fly onto the toilet. Disposable slippers are provided, a piece of soap. Cleaning, linen change every few days. There is a shared washing machine in the hallway of the hotel. Excellent hotel owner Ruben: always in touch, remotely solves any issues that arise. For almost 2 weeks we gratefully enjoyed his hospitality, and by the way, for a reasonable fee.
