The service is excellent, the receptionist is well done, she will tell you everything and help you choose the complex, the staff wash quickly and without complaints. The prices are not high compared to other car washes, which may not be encouraging, there is a waiting area and coffee. Therefore, I can safely advise you guys, well done)

I wash on a regular basis with the guys because they wash efficiently and as quickly as possible.
I wash my civilian and drift cars here.
I especially recommend the platinum complex, after which the car stays clean for a long time both inside and out.

Good afternoon! I give 5 stars for the service, the administrators are all polite and tidy, the cleaners are efficient and just as polite. I washed my car for 23p, it's just super, you can't find better quality in the city for this price, and sometimes they wash worse for more! In general, I am very happy with the car wash, but the director is strange! He runs and shouts at the guys all the time, he makes some kind of fuss, but it's all cool, I advise you!

I used the sink.
I liked everything: the place was free after a pre-call, the crossover was perfectly washed in 20 minutes (I took the Standard), the price corresponds to the published one. They immediately issued a savings card - the 10th car wash as a gift.
Two nimble young guys were washing at once, and two more were working with the second car.
I am very glad that such a wonderful car wash has opened in our area!

For the first time, I decided to give the car to someone for a car wash, so that it would be thoroughly dried later, since it was minus outside.
It was a mistake. They washed more or less normally, although the plastic on the thresholds remained a little dirty. But drying... As if they hadn't dried at all. There wasn't much water on the body, but in the doorways... They probably weren't dried at all. I had to wipe it with microfiber myself so that nothing would freeze later. There were drops of water on the front passenger seat inside... The mats (eva delform) were just wet... Okay, on the front side, but on the back it would be possible to wipe. The carpet was soaked through. The Velcro fastener on one of the mats was torn off (I don't even know what could have been done to it to tear off this Velcro). When they took out the rear carpet, they probably just decided to leave all the dirt and sand in the cabin, and then cover it with a carpet. I don't even know how to clean it now without dry cleaning.
In general, if you love your car, it's better not to bring it here, but find more responsible guys or a self-service car wash is our everything.

The sink is in the stage of degradation. The attitude towards the client is terrible. It feels like you owe them, not that they're selling you a favor. I arrived in the morning, 15 minutes before the opening, and was the first in front of the box. There is no information that the service is provided by appointment. I tried to dial the contact phone to clarify this point, just in case, they didn't pick up the phone, well, okay, I waited.
At 8:00, the car wash administrator arrived and ordered the car away from the gate, as another car was about to arrive at the car wash. When asked when they would wash my car, she said that she had no cleaners and could not orient herself. No apologies, no explanations, just wasted time. Horror. I won't go to them again, and I don't recommend it to you.

I came to the guys for a car wash. The first time I came, we did everything well, but then the administrator was different, who monitored the performance of the services provided. Now, when I arrived the second time, the administrator was different and the washing was terrible, the mats were put wet in the cabin, the car was not dried and washed, they washed just as soon as possible so that the next car could be washed. If this is the attitude towards customers, then everyone will leave you. My car is a Ford focus 3.

We agreed with the only employee present that I would wait, and if someone from the recording did not arrive, he would wash my car. And so, after more than an hour of waiting, when one of the registered customers did not arrive, this employee, instead of washing my car, decided to go eat and close the sink. He offered to come to me in another half hour and wait, in case someone else did not arrive, and then he would deign to take my car to work. It's just no comment. Of course, the schedule of the car wash does not include any closure for a break at this time. That's how we lost a regular customer. Decide for yourself whether you are satisfied with this level of service.
