We were on New Year's Eve. Excellent staff work.They solve all issues quickly, clearly, and are very polite. A huge plus is the operation of the beach bar. Since the hotel is located on the second line, there is no need to leave the beach.A full lunch is organized on the veranda.

Excellent hotel for a relaxing stay with polite staff. A wonderful buffet. The room is cleaned regularly. 7 minutes to the sea on foot, if you are too lazy to walk, an ectrocar runs every 5 minutes from the hotel to its own beach. A beach with sun beds, a kitchen with drinks and snacks. The system of all-inclusive casting works. Everything is fine. The reception staff knows Turkish, English and German. If you don't speak languages, learn how to use a translator on your smartphone. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Manovgat is 20 minutes away by minibus. Antique Side is 15 minutes away by minibus. In general, everything you need for a quality holiday is close to Orange Palce. I recommend.

We rested in this hotel from 28.09-05.10. Upon arrival at 10.00, they immediately settled in without any remuneration. At the reception we were met by Gulya, a very wonderful man. They invited me to go for breakfast, then to finish my registration. The staff is polite, the attitude is the same to Russians and Germans. Daily room cleaning, double bed, TV, refrigerator. Water on site in the bar, on the beach. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, the dishes are repeated, but the choice of vegetables is always large, watermelons, melons, oranges, apples are all in sufficient quantity. Many people stay on the beach for lunch, because they give the same thing there as in the restaurant. There have never been queues with a crush. There were enough tables for everyone in the restaurant. At lunch, the hall is generally half-empty. You will definitely not stay hungry. To the beach 10 minutes on foot, bring your own towels, or buy, $ 10 3 pieces. The sea is clean, the sunset is excellent, especially with children.

According to the hotel, the territory is very small (but located. It is good, there is a Side Mall and a street of shops nearby). The hotel has ice cream by weight and in packages. The food in the hotel for an amateur can be straight spicy, and on another day it is not spicy, in the morning they give kefir with different flavors. And there are sooo many fish here, I'm not talking about rest. on the beach.
The sea-the entry into the sea is sooo good, after passing 10 meters in the water, the water will remain up to the knee. There is a super restaurant on the beach:burger, cheeseburger, battered fish, ordinary fish (dorada, etc.), a lot of salads and pizza is sooo delicious 4 types. There is also sparkling water with lemon, raspberry, lime and watermelon in the fridge.
I can't say anything about the room) they gave a large room for two (single bed + double bed), the bathroom is new, comfortable 👍
A 4-star hotel (because of the food) in my opinion.

I really liked the hotel: everything is beautiful and clean, the territory is small, but there was enough space for everyone (we were at the peak from August 1 to August 10, 2021).Room with balcony, daily cleaning, clean towels, the bar was replenished.Bottled drinking water is everywhere in abundance.The food is excellent.There is a bar on the beach by the sea, a snack, the beach is sandy, the sea is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone, it is clean.There are also plenty of sun beds by the pool, clean, bar, snack:pancakes with various additives, pizza in the assortment (very tasty),French fries, portioned ice cream in the assortment is free.The overall impression of the holiday is excellent. The room was cleaned well, the linen was changed on time, shower gels and shampoos were put more than enough. The dirt in the corridor is the wildest, the carpet seems to have never been vacuumed. The elevator is constantly breaking down. The restaurant is also dirty, there is not enough meat for everyone, in a week I became almost a vegetarian.

I returned from this hotel, I join the good reviews)) Russians are 10%, the rest are Europeans. I didn't notice any bias towards Russians, the staff is smiling, cultured) The Europeans treat us great too) The territory is not large, but there are a lot of shops around, you will not be bored. A great option for a vacation. The rooms are in a modern style, the lobby is in the Baroque style.
The food is varied, the animation for adults is not standard (there were synchronized swimmers). Children's animation has never been seen.
The staff speaks German, speaks English well and understands Russian. Friendly, not biased. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, 5 minutes on foot. There are many markets around, Migros is not far away.

It's amazing to read negative reviews about the hotel, especially those where they write that Russians are not respected. Maybe it's a negative on your negative 🤷🏼♀️ I was pleasantly surprised by the good service, I did not make any complaints to the staff, because everything was wonderful. Especially the sincere employee of the hotel - the bus driver! Such a good-natured man, always gave something in return for tips. And yes, in Turkey, the salaries of the service staff are very low, they live off tips, I do not mind thanking them for good service. I thank you in fact, so don't think that I am treated in a special way because of the tip. The main thing is to be kinder, more smiling and you will be reciprocated 🙂

Shops, I advise you to leave the hotel on the left. 50-100 meters to the covered market. At the very beginning there is a store with low fixed prices without a scam. The owners are Turks, but a Russian woman works as a consultant in the store.
