Premium gym, which has a tennis court, a big indoor swimming pool, jaccuzi, both vapor and regular saunas.
The area is clean and very well maintained with friendly and helpful staff.
They need to update their equipment (especially cardio), and repair lockers. For that yearly price that you pay to Orange fitness, you can select other Gyms, where everything is new
I have been going to this fitness club since 2022 because it is one of the few premium options in Yerevan. Before that, she worked for the World Class network in Moscow for several years. The prices here are higher than in the World Class, but the quality, especially the service, is noticeably lower.
Over the past couple of years, the club has been changing, and generally for the better: repairs are underway, and a culture of cleaning up equipment is gradually emerging in the gym. In the past, I have repeatedly drawn the attention of the administration to the fact that even coaches leave equipment lying around without cleaning up after their charges. Now the situation has improved, but it is far from ideal.
But there was a complete misunderstanding with the managers for a long time.
Manager No. 1 started calling me regularly two months before the end of my subscription, demanding to extend it "right now" because she is not sure what the price will be in a week or a month or two. At one point, she even said that she just needed to go on vacation, which is probably why she was so persistent in trying to get money from me? Let me remind you that we are not at the bazaar, but at the premium club.
The manager was changed.
Manager No. 2 was even more original. A couple of months before the end of the subscription, we discussed everything, but she either forgot or ignored it. As a result, when she couldn't reach me, I was simply blocked from leaving the club.
Imagine the situation:
You arrive for training in the morning, finish, call a taxi to work, and you can't get out. No one explains anything to you, and the administrators just "hold" you until the manager shows up.
Manager No. 2, of course, showed up some time later. To tell me the price of a new subscription. I remind you that this information takes up one sentence in an SMS. Is it serious to detain a client in a club for this?
When I demanded a meeting with her supervisor, she just faded in. The most important thing is that no one has even formally apologized to me. I remind you, I was late for my high-ranking job, which allows me to pay myself all sorts of "bonuses".
After such an experience, it is difficult to maintain a positive opinion about the club (and, to be honest, about the level of service in the country as a whole). Actually, I was going to change the club.
And then Horus appeared.
The Mountain manager is the first person in two years who communicated with me politely, adequately and really helped. He is proactive, attentive and customer-oriented. Gore helped us figure out the subscriptions (my husband also goes to the club), took into account our family circumstances and, most importantly, showed that the club can provide the service that premium fitness should provide.
In general, if you are planning to cooperate with the club and the service that corresponds to the premium level is important to you, go only to the Mountain. I am very grateful to him, really.
The sports club is just great! One level above the rest in Yerevan. The staff and coaches are very friendly and professional. And most importantly: there are actual Lesmills classes; a rooftop pool and a bar with sunbeds. And of course, a wonderful spa. Parties, discos, and live performances by musicians are organized periodically.
They pretend that everyone is so elite and premium, but in fact, for such an expensive subscription, which has become more and more expensive during my classes here, they can't even replace dirty and smelly boxing gloves with normal ones. Their clean ones are locked with a lock for "VIP" boxers, which they do not open for commoners. Another disadvantage is that there are no shelves in the showers to put your supplies in, and the ballroom is all shabby, where everyone was driven for two months while repairs were being done, mostly a year and a half ago. What can I say - even running machines are not connected to the Internet to synchronize progress.
The cafe/cuisine here is good, you have to pay tribute. You can order delivery via glovo.
Which I really don't like. No one tells you the price of the subscription, you have to wait for a call from the manager and start the bazaar station. The price list is nowhere to be found. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone gets a different price. I was given 520 thousand a year full access at all hours. There is no paper with the price list, the manager writes himself by hand on the price sheet. The price is higher than Moscow's, and the quality of the hall is lower. The equipment of the hall is average. Now there are renovation ideas, we could either make the price lower, or add benefits. I'm uncomfortable walking past scaffolding, construction workers who don't blink at all the women.
I have been coming to Yerevan for a couple of weeks for several years in a row. And he should definitely go to Orange. Super cozy lounge and very friendly staff.
While on vacation in Yerevan, I visited Orange, a massage parlor. I was very pleased. At the reception, friendly staff told us everything, the administrator kindly agreed to show the whole complex. The organization is at the highest level! Special thanks to the masseuse Narina! And tea with ginger in the cafe is wonderful! I had a great time! Thanks! Prosperity to your country and its friendly people!!!
An average club in principle, but probably the best in Yerevan. Very convenient personal boxes, a beautiful bar and reception, and a bit of the USSR inside
The gym is very untidy, all the pancakes are scattered, dumbbells are left out of place. No one cleans them.
There are always not enough ready-made drawers in the locker room, everything burns like a Christmas tree in red, which means that the drawer is not cleaned after the guest.
I came from Novosibirsk to Yerevan for work, I chose a hotel specifically so that there was a hall, unfortunately the hall was closed for repairs, but the administrator offered to go to Orange Fitness more than the hotel guests for free, decided to go and never regretted, I have been living for the second week and go regularly to the fitness center.
It has a sauna and a hammam, a large sports hall where you can play football, volleyball, basketball if you want, you can go play both lawn tennis and small tennis.
There is a very large gym, the boxing gym is just super.
After a hard-working workout, you can go for a massage or spa treatment, a cozy cafe where everything is available and not expensive.
The best fitness center in Yerevan.
The most pretentious sports complex in Armenia. There is everything for practicing iron, fitness, and swimming. There are tennis courts nearby. If you don't pay attention to the contingent, then everything is more than normal.
In my opinion, the best fitness center in Yerevan in terms of price-quality-location ratio. Clean, professional, beautiful, modern. There are quite a lot of exercise machines, a sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool of 25 meters of normal shape (not like in multi fitness). I have been studying for three years, everything is OK.
We were there at the training camp, everything is clean, everything is normal, we got a clean room, but in general it does not pull 5 stars (nothing memorable)
