The hotel is a party , youth.We have been traveling since October 20, 2023.Since I was preparing for the closing of the season, I can't find any more excuses.The rooms are spacious-cleaning and replenishment of the bar is not every day, during the rest the bar was replenished 1 time.Towels are given out to the beach with holes, but it's great that they are changed several times a day.Great shows, parties, discos - very cool.The service really suffers at the end of the season:there are no waiters who bring drinks for lunch and dinner, very slowly remove dirty dishes from the tables, plates and glasses in bars are served with cracks on the glass.The food is monotonous, cheese is served only for breakfast, I wanted to drink wine with cheese for dinner, but there is no cheese.On the beach in the bar beer of unknown quality, a huge queue for drinks.The service is very weak.but probably for young people it is unprincipled.Smoking throughout the hotel is also a minus for those who do not smoke.In general, a cool hotel, beautiful.

The rooms are old. The bathtub in room 3325 is mildewed and the water drains poorly. The hair dryer didn't work.

The food is above all praise. Fish, chicken, vegetables, delicious salads. Desserts are a huge selection. Side dishes, lots of pizza. Don't take sushi. Soups for the amateur. Fruits , yes , without frills. Kebab, shawarma, lasagna, burgers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
The hotel is still a youth and party place. There is no green area, so you will not play football there with a large window. Concept : drink, drink, drink and dance.
We liked it, but we would like more greenery and less noise. During the week, 24/7 music got a little tired.

we arrived at the hotel at 7:00, immediately put on bracelets and called for breakfast. the room was promised to be ready by 13:00. they settled in at the promised time, but the room was given on the 1st floor right next to the reception. the room itself was great, but the view was of a terrace under construction. and there was also no balcony. we were immediately told about this at the reception, after which we were promised to replace the room the next morning. we kept our promise, but we wanted a room with a view of the sea and mountains, so we had to pay an additional $ 20 for each night. this is not a claim to the hotel, because they have a division into rooms with different views. there were no questions about the number itself, everything worked and was in good condition. we cleaned every day and refilled the mini-bar. there are no complaints about the quality of cleaning))
now about nutrition. the menu was very varied, you could eat at any time of the day. all the food was very tasty. for those who like spicy food, there was a Chinese cuisine area, always fresh pizza and other pastries. there are many types of pasta that were prepared in front of you. for breakfast, there are amazing croissants and other sweets. A vegetarian also had something to eat. always fresh food, especially I would like to mention vegetables and an abundance of various greens. There were enough fruits: cherries, watermelon, melon and much more. There are two free ala-carte restaurants on site, where you could always find burgers and rolls. there is also a coffee shop where you can even drink bubble tea and eat some kind of bun or cookies.
alcohol was a pleasant surprise. we expected diluted local swill, but received high-quality imported alcohol. there were all the most popular bar cocktails. we also want to mention the bartender, who, at the request, could mix his author's masterpieces. and you could also ask the bartender to mix cocktails according to your recipe. in general, everything is at the highest level with alcohol. and there is nothing to add.
the hotel staff is very friendly. he always tries to please you and is ready to fulfill any wish. We especially want to mention guest relations, who were constantly wondering if we liked everything.
The animation was varied. There were circus acts, stunt stunts, guest DJs and dance ensembles. Various activities took place during the day: water polo, darts, contests and the like. the animators are friendly and energetic. many people know Russian.
Every day there was either a foam party, a party on the pier, or a disco with Holly's paints. In the evening, various themed discos were held, which began at 10 p.m. and lasted until two in the morning. but it didn't end there either. the strongest ones continued the evening at the bar at the water transport rental, where there was a bar open until 07:00. if you are going to hang out, then the hotel will meet your expectations.
The music was different: both foreign and Russian.
the territory of the hotel, although small, was quite enough. the pools are clean and spacious, they do not smell of chlorine. there is also one small slide from which you can slide down several times with pleasure. there are cool locations for photos. there was no feeling of crowding.
The hotel's contingent is diverse. Turks predominate, and Iranians are the second largest. there are quite a lot of Russians, you can always find a company. the number of men greatly exceeds the number of girls. but this is a feature of 2023, this has not happened before. many guys are determined to find an exciting holiday romance and are not shy about showing signs of attention. be careful with posting photos with geometries. There will be dozens of offers in your yandex.direct to spend a great night. there were no conflicts, and if there were, the guards reacted quickly to what was happening.
in general, we were satisfied with our stay and we can safely recommend this hotel))

The food is for an amateur, there are few fruits, in short, the food is not very good! The service is generally terrible, they asked for a triple room and carried a blanket for 3 days! There are no brushes and pastes, even though there are 5 stars! If you arrived before check-in, they ask you to pay $ 20 a day, and freeze until you offer the money yourself, we would be happy, but in 5 days you give 130,000 and pay more, this is a ppts! Like the staff! The rooms were poorly serviced, the floor was not even washed more than once, as the hair lay on the floor upon arrival, and they probably still lie! The parties are very different every day, cool (night club) and before the disco there was an amateur show, sometimes it was like an amateur vocalist club came..... Paid bars in the ultra all inclusive hotel, this is something new
As we later found out , high- quality alcohol is sold in paid bars
And where it's free, it's not clear what's in the bottles
Rooms are falling apart
For 7 days, I went to the reception almost every day (to the other end of the hotel) to call a technician
Because :
Then the room key does not work
Then she closed the door and just won't open in any way
Then there is a short circuit in the room and the light just goes out and the electricity does not work
Then the safe does not work
Half of the light bulbs in the room didn't work
The most terrifying thing was when the technician came and opened the flap to understand what was the cause of the short circuits
There was just a meter hanging on the wires!!Unfortunately , I didn 't have time to take a picture .
that is, a short circuit and a fire can occur at any moment
The last straw was that when I once again went to the reception to ask for a technician to help me open the door to the room and already with claims that I was tired of walking 2 km tired after the sea at the reception, the girl shrugged her shoulders and said that she could not help me, since the hotel is on stop , and they don 't have any other available rooms : (
by the way , I was initially told for the room that I needed to pay $ 20 extra per day, since the room is with increased comfort and with a view of the sea !!I agreed , but even then I had no idea what was waiting for me 🫠
The cabinets are all rotten inside , the shelves are moldy
