We stayed at this hotel from September 10 to September 20, 2024. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. I liked EVERYTHING. The food is varied, everything is very tasty and a lot, there are so many desserts that they didn't even have time to try half, fruits, ice cream, drinks for every taste and used and alcoholic are just good. The room is clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, beach towels are given out near the beach every day too, the beautiful territory with pools is stylized as an Amsterdam street, the staff is friendly. Of the minuses, there is a lack of sunbeds, you need to take them at 8 am, and a terrible thing happened, I saw a small cockroach in the toilet in the room, I understand the parallel world, there is no escape from this, but they should not be in the room, and just the next day the hotel was sanitized (by safe means)This made me happy, but I probably need to process it more often, I hope this will not happen again, because we are going to this hotel again. We also had a wedding anniversary, our room was decorated and we were presented with a bottle of champagne. Sooooo nice, thank you so much. And in general, the service is excellent.
