It's a great place. I recommend it to everyone, especially students, who need to live inexpensively and at the same time with beautiful views from the windows and cleanliness in the room.
The administration is responsive, the cleaner cleans every day, there is no need to buy water yourself, as it is ordered independently and a new eggplant is installed each time if necessary.
There are rooms for men and girls, two comfortable restrooms and a clean spacious kitchen.
The neighbors are also nice and friendly. They are mostly Europeans, Russians and Kazakhs.
It's a pity that I didn't find out about this place from the moment I arrived in Dubai. I would have moved in here right away.
In general, I highly recommend it to everyone.
