We bought contact lenses for our son in this optics, when we put them on for the first time, the son complained that it was cutting and uncomfortable, they began to examine them, the lenses turned out to be defective, there were cracks and damage. Their son brought them back the next day, they turned him around and said that the lenses could not be replaced, and so did all the frames)))) I wrote a claim and left an entry in the complaint book, asked for an examination and if the product is substandard, then return the money. I handed the lenses to the seller. After that, I received two letters with certificates and assurances that these lenses cannot be defective. The examination was not done, the money was not returned. I do not advise this seller, he turned out to be not conscientious, if you have problems with optics, frames or lenses, then you will not return your money without a trial.
