Terrible customer service. There is no rudeness, but there is an irresponsible attitude to work. We have been waiting for lenses for more than 2 months. I found out for myself that they didn't come, and when they arrived in the city for another week, there was no greeting or response from them. Next, we were told that in two weeks you will get a call back and there will be further inspection! (free of charge, as expensive Stella lenses were purchased). A month has passed, and silence.
