Unfortunately, my recent purchase (or rather, it should have been a purchase)
in Halva optics left an extremely negative impression.
We chose a frame for the child and received confidence from the seller that it would be postponed for us, since we did not have a prescription with us. The seller even wrote down my phone number and put it in a bag with a frame. We were sure that we would be able to pick up the rim in a week, as soon as we had a prescription.
But when we came to buy, it turned out that the frame had been sold! This is simply unacceptable! We spent time waiting, and worst of all, my child was disappointed. I was counting on a better attitude and a higher level of service, it seems that this is not a priority here.
It would be nice if the store's employees were more responsible about their obligations and did not mislead customers. This situation has left me with an unpleasant aftertaste, and I do not plan to return to this store.

Halva Optics is one of the best opticians in the city. Yes, many people can say the review is not real or specially written, but I am basically the person who does not like to write them, the best advertisement is to bring relatives, friends and acquaintances, but since I do not live in the city of Zhlobin and not in RB at all, I want to share my personal experience and convey to residents that this is a really good optics with good managers and specialists in this field. Because of the constant work at the computer, I, like many people, needed glasses. Since I was not at home, I do not know where to go is not the best option, I was recommended Halva Optics on Pervomaiskaya. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by the huge assortment of frames and lenses that can fit into any budget, it is important that the concept is designed so that Optics thinks about everyone. Marina, a good and first-class specialist, came to help with the choice and conduct a detailed consultation. I want to note this separately, since nowadays the main thing is to "sell" but not to understand the client. I was previously marked up, which is not done in other optics, and it is completely free of charge. They chose a cool frame and lenses in which I feel comfortable working now, and also picked up a case, spray and napkin for me, which came out to me for a symbolic price.The order was placed as quickly as possible and my glasses were ready in a few days, this is very important! The only problem for me was to pick them up, as I wrote above, I live in another country and I urgently needed to return, and therefore I could not get my glasses personally. Manager Marina, having heard and understood my problem, decided to help me, she arranged for me to be delivered to Moscow, through the delivery service Sdek, I immediately say this does not go into the cost and duty of Optics. But still, I want to say this is a human act, for which I thank you very much, the service turned out to be under 🔐. Therefore, I recommend this Optics to everyone, and especially you will be lucky if it is she, my savior and fairy Marina.
