The staff at the store is attentive and competent, they always tell you what is best to choose. A free ophthalmologist, he picked up the glasses very well. There is a large selection of goods available at a good quality and price. Promotions are constantly held, which is a nice bonus. Last time I visited, I took a pair of sunglasses for the price of one.

I am writing a review in January 2025.
In January 2024, I bought glasses (230 rubles is not cheap), but over the year they have frayed my nerves and repairs have been made several times.
After 1.5 months of careful wear, my metal shackle broke. When contacting the salon, no one offered a replacement for free, she did not want to give it for examination because she was the only one with reading glasses. The replacement is 40 rubles at my expense. 1.5 months later, the nose guard flew out on one side, and when I applied, it was replaced again at my expense, and they told me that they were crooked: - I probably slept with my face in glasses))). In October, another nose guard took off. And so, in January 2025, I sent them back for repair and replacement. I'm going back to my beloved Fielmann, not here anymore.

But there are already nuances at the checkout. It's right that the consultant told you what lenses they have, pros and cons, with additional options. I said that I needed the simplest ones, since I have the same ones on my current glasses, so I see no point in overpaying. They tried to persuade me to be more expensive (2 times), but since I knew what I needed, I steadfastly defended my opinion. They looked at me like I was making the mistake of my life. Some kind of sediment just remained. I think that ignorant people can be promoted a lot :) Only for the perseverance of one of the consultants, I remove the star.

I don't recommend it. I ordered glasses. They told me what a good quality they have. However, 2 weeks have passed and the nose guard holders have fallen off (defective). When I asked for a replacement, they said that they could not help in any way. Go look for where they can be repaired. It turns out strangely, they sold a defective product (not a cheap xati), and then they don't have problems. Not with my foot anymore. There is no attitude towards customers.

I really liked this optics. It took the manufacture of glasses. Yandex brought us to this optics, which is located in the Korona City shopping center on the 1st floor (just behind the Korona ticket offices). We were greeted by a very friendly staff who performed a vision diagnosis and helped us choose a frame based on the results of the diagnosis. The diagnosis of vision by an ophthalmologist is carried out free of charge. There are good discounts on frames in the optics salon. After completing the order, after 3 days we were informed that the order was ready. It is very convenient that the optics works until late in the evening and is located in the shopping center. When issuing an order, the consultant offered to purchase a case that was on the promotion. Microfiber/ lens cleaner was additionally offered in the kit for the case. Also, if necessary, there is an online appointment with an ophthalmologist. In general, I recommend this salon for making glasses to everyone.
I also want to additionally suggest that you consider the possibility of delivering the finished product by couriers of RUE Belpochta, since they also deliver the goods at the agreed interval before 22:00:).
