In less than a year, the expensive frame cracked and broke, although they assured that it was reliable. I wanted to order a new one from them, but the prepayment is 100%. And the girl at the reception doesn't care. There are plenty of other opticians around. They are more loyal and more reliable. It seemed so to me. And I'm not naked here.
