It is impossible to reach any of the phones listed on the website. The contractor's phone does not answer, the phone of the management is switched on by fax. And so on for a whole week. Someone can specify the phone number where repair requests are accepted. There's a broken garbage chute on our floor. According to the rules, the cleaner who cleans near the garbage chute must inform the dispatcher or the foreman about the breakdown. Or did they all go on vacation together?
