It's a very cool hotel!!! The view of the Bosphorus is amazing!!! Clean, not old! There is a SPA! The staff is friendly and there are Russian speakers at the reception! Who goes to a concert or football at the Tupras stadium is a very convenient location! It takes 6-8 minutes from the stadium to the hotel, depending on which sector to go from!) the perfect location! Taksim Square is 4-5 minutes away) the T1 rapid tram going to the center to Hagia Sophia is also 5 minutes down to the embankment!)
One disadvantage: if you have not taken a room with breakfast, then it is better not to eat at the hotel! They take the tax! And it doesn't matter that you're a resident! At the expense of 3 thousand lire, 500 lire of tax was added to me! It's unpleasant!!!

A high-level hotel. The dining room offers a scenic view. The breakfasts are varied, and all the guests are satisfied. The staff is polite and attentive. The price includes access to the gym. There is a seasonal swimming pool on site.

The hotel does not match the description and stars! It's definitely not 4 stars!!! It's not a very convenient location. Old, very tired rooms. Please check the room in advance when booking, we were tricked into providing the requested room with a view of the Bosphorus! As a result, we moved from room to room, which is very inconvenient, and so we did not receive a pre-paid room! The hotel management is not friendly and is not ready to solve the problems of customers! It seems that no one has ever heard of customer orientation here. There are no bathrobes or water in the rooms, the service is very, very bad! You can't get from the hotel without a taxi. The rooms are tired with old linens and towels. Choose any other 3-star hotel in the Galaport area, they are all several orders of magnitude better!

Great view of the Bosphorus from the room and restaurant! Friendly staff, clean and delicious breakfasts. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The hotel is well located from transport stops and attractions. I lowered the rating because sometimes you need to update the numbers, it is clear that the number is already tired.

The hotel has an excellent location. Many attractions can be reached on foot. Great view from the terrace. There is a hammam in the hotel building, access is included in the price.

It is impossible to forget this morning view from the hotel terrace) I want to come back! Everything was great from the first to the last minute spent in this hotel. Cozy room, view from the window. The location is very good - quiet streets near busy tourist spots. I think the hotel will appeal to both a fastidious tourist and a couple in love and a business person. I definitely recommend it! And I want to go back there)

The main thing is the view of the Bosphorus and the glass balcony in the suite on the top floor. The hotel is tired, it must have been chic once. But very clean, good service and hospitality. The location is great. And Turkey is a wonderful, hospitable country))

A good hotel in the center - 500m walk to Dolmabahce Palace, 750m to Taksim Square. And Istiklal Avenue is 800m away.
The rooms are simply excellent, with good repair, excellent design and thoughtful interior. View of the Bosphorus from the rooms with a view. A buffet breakfast with a normal set of dishes.
Of the cons: there is no parking, the exit from the hotel immediately onto the sidewalk of a street with quite heavy traffic. From the T1 metro stop, the ascent to the hotel was very steep, which then turned into a continuous staircase. The steps are 550-600 exactly. So it turned out to be a very cool fitness text :-)

The main advantage of the hotel is its location and views from the rooms of the Bosphorus. Large rooms. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away.

This hotel may be good, but the grand opera is the worst. I have never seen such huge cockroaches, and I lived for six months with bedbugs in France submissively and humbly.
The staff is nice and helpful. But everything else is significantly different from the photo
