Decent hotel, good location, there are shops and cafes nearby. The bus stop is 3-5 minutes away. The subway is a little further away. In fact, I can give 4 stars with a stretch. The breakfasts are good, there are plenty to choose from, but it's the same every day. There are always drinks with biscuits at the elevator, tea until 17 o'clock, mulled wine later. The room was smaller than in the photo. We lived on the highest floor and there was no elevator, we had to walk up one floor. The room has everything for cooking, but there are not enough slippers and bathrobes.
The 4-star hotel does not pull at all. We had a room for 3, quite spacious, almost in the center... all the sights are within easy reach, there are many restaurants, cafes, metro stations of different branches nearby. Sparkling wine for breakfast, lemonade in the afternoon, sangria in the evening) there is a Russian TV channel. This is one of the advantages.
But the service ((( Initially the room was prepared for 2, although they paid for 3 and clarified separately upon check-in. Without complaints, the reception did not update the bathroom accessories, a couple of times they forgot to clean the room. At night, some kind of automation turned on, which woke us up at 5 a.m. The problem was solved only after 3 complaints. There was a screw sticking out of the floor in the room, which, apparently, had previously been attached to the door stopper. The breakfast is not bad, but not 4 stars and has never changed in 10 days. A broken coffee machine in the room (the apartment was taken). For some reason, in the middle of the stay, the mattress of the king size bed was replaced with two separate ones. It's noisy outside on Saturday night. Not a very friendly guy at the reception.
