After describing to her the whole rather difficult situation on a visa to the states for which I will apply in Lithuania, I heard the question "Do you need multiple entry?" my answer is "Why?" in response, "Well, suddenly you will forget some documents and you will need to go back." Excuse me?) your task is to advise me on the visa that I can get to travel to Lithuania. And as a cherry, a question from Daria "Did you win a greencard?" 🤡 why does an employee ask questions that do not concern him. They sent some kind of snippet of a message about insurance to Viber when they asked for full information on a Spanish visa. Wait in the office and prepare a book of complaints, because I have not seen such rudeness for a long time
In no case do not use the services of this company. Stalling, incompetent employees, a small and stuffy office in which there is nowhere even to sign documents - it's just hello.
They sign you up at the visa application center, not at the embassies. When recording, they do not specify the desired time in any way - they just shove it where it turns out and walk your family.
You will spend 3 hours in the visa application center if you are lucky. But what is interesting is that the visa application center even has an exit service, yes, it is expensive, but they can come to you, pick up the documents and you do not need to stand in line.
Did they say this in Open Viza? Of course not. There is even a VIP queue at the visa application center to get through faster. Yes, it costs money, but there is an option not to squat there for 3 hours.

If I knew, I would have taken more money so as not to stand so much, but this company didn't even really tell me anything. The location of the visa application center is a separate song, how we searched for it and how it is hidden. Did Open Viza tell you how to find it and how to get there? Of course not, they gave me the address and then think as you want. This is not a job. It's just disgusting!
They take so much money, as if you are personally carried into this visa application center and everything is put down there. But in fact, they just sell you a slot in the queue, you can collect the documents yourself, there is nothing complicated there, so it's also normal, if you want, you can knock out the right slot and dates, etc., even order a collection of documents at home.
I do not recommend it to anyone, in any case do not use the services of this company.

It would seem that there is plenty of time, but not in the summer. Maria honestly worked out the available options, and already on 13.06 we applied for a visa, and on 01.07 we became its happy owners! We are looking forward to your vacation!

It's bad, they don't lead the client at all. They do not take into account the human factor and do not remind you of the list of documents that need to be collected. They hope to send out SMS and audio messages. On the day of submission, it turned out that the documents that needed to be provided were missing.
I admit, during the 4 MONTHS of waiting for the filing, I forgot that I needed to make a bank statement, but the manager did not remind me of this even once, even after changing the embassy and the filing date. They also demanded, for some reason, the second part of the payment for the provision of services.

Phone calls are never answered or returned. The package of documents was not fully collected and the number of days for insurance was incorrectly calculated, I had to buy additional insurance at the visa center and solve the problems with the documents on my own. Incompetence, indifference to customers - this is all about this company, I do not recommend it

Price list for a visa to Poland:
- student visa: 450 rubles.
- submission without queue: +600 rubles. (VFS said that it is impossible to sign up without a queue - apparently they give someone a hand)
- work visa through an unknown company: 800 rubles. (Probably of questionable legality)
- insurance for a student visa: 270p.
- do not forget about the arrangements: priceless
As far as I know, in the case of a student visa, the center's job is to use a bot (which, by the way, contributes to the fact that people cannot enroll on their own) to get an appointment and check the documents.
It's not worth the money. If it is possible to get a place on your own, get it, and do not feed these centers

prepayment - they do not fulfill their obligations under the contract, the number for filing is overdue under the contract - they do not want to give the prepayment. The contract says a period of 3 months - the period has passed without a visa or money (in paragraph 3.8 everything is written). The service I ordered included an invitation, an appointment at the visa application center and a package of documents for submitting documents to the visa application center. As a result, 3.5 months later, an invitation was sent to Viber ( from an incomprehensible office ) and they said go yourself.
I 'll have to go to court . Wasted time and 800 rubles (prepayment). If you do not want to go through this, do not contact this organization in any case.
Everything is fine,
- the managers always answered all questions quickly and were polite
- it was recorded relatively quickly for submission via courier
- the visa was opened as requested

I was going to get a visa to Japan, I came from another country, made an appointment, but then it turns out that they forgot to say that they need the original documents of the sole proprietor, and I'm already ready to submit, everything is scheduled on time! The questions were answered by another manager.
I went to another agency and was told that no originals were needed, only a stamped statement from a bank account, as a result, they gave me a visa without any problems!
I do not recommend this agency, unless of course you want to lose time, money and nerves.

Great firm. The manager is always in touch. I did a visa to Poland using a Pole's card. The competitor called the price 300-400 euros. Openviza said they would do it for 440p, in the end they did it for 240p, since the city of submission was Grodno, which I am glad about. I recommend it to everyone
It's a very strange impression of communicating with a girl. The first time I couldn't get through 40 minutes before the end of working hours. 2. Не компетентность работников. Нужна была виза в Тайланд, люди элементарно не знают какой точный пакет документов нужен. Девочки в офисе абсолютно ничего не знают, постоянно у кого-то спрашивают. И ты сидишь, ждешь пока их кто-то проконсультирует.
3. Всё перепутали с ценами на свои услуги, из-за этого я приехал и потратил время.
Вообщем полная не компетентность и не организованность, не рекомендую!
Обратилась за помощью в оформлении Шенгена. Сделали все онлайн, даже приехать в офис ни разу не понадобилось. На все вопросы отвечали, по всем документам все мелочи объяснили, даже на самые мелкие и тупые вопросы терпеливо отвечали. Спасибо за работу)
Обращались за рабочей визой в Польшу для мамы. Менеджер всегда была на связи, отвечала на все вопросы, документы подготовили быстро, все правильно, через 3 дня после подачи в визовый центр Польши получили паспорт с годовой рабочей визой.
