There used to be a very good complex. Quiet location, well-maintained territory, convenient location. Parking is difficult during the season, but it was possible to find. There is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi in the courtyard, which was turned on twice a day. The apartments have a good layout and standard repairs, some belong to the Management Company, and some are privately owned.
